My court hearing for my motion of new trial was today. It went about as well as it could have gone. While I do not know what the final outcome will be, the judge made a comment about the judge that ruled in 2021 on a case similar to my case is now on the court of appeals. This is the court that would hear my case if I appealed. The judge stated that he does not think the court of appeals will rule to overturn the case law made in 2021 (meaning I will likely win on appeal).

That is wonderful news, it sounds very promising. I know not to get too excited until the final decision, but it does seem like many branches of government are acting like there is a new sheriff in town and accountability might be a thing.

I deleted the comment out of habit. I am so accustomed to people who have any knowledge of McMartin taking the stance of the hoax and the public narrative and all that came after, that i rarely speak of it. Ive just learned not to. There has been no point. When I was in college there was an entire course on the McMartin hoax. You even spoke of it in regards to the money spent on that trial etc and i commented on that broadcast. I honestly just dont have the energy to defend the 3-4 year old baby i was at that time. Ive been told its all made up. A real mind f***. As people see Diddy, Epstein, Larry king and all the satanic pedo info come to light, maybe some will remember us that spoke of tunnels under LA, celebrities, and truly odd and unbelievable, unthinkable things, once upon a time.

Please share with us here. I’m so sorry that it has taken our societal collective so long to be ready to hear. What you have gone through is so traumatic…things that most of us can’t imagine and find too difficult to face…it’s extemely hard to imagine we live amongst those capable of such acts. I’m so sorry for what you went through
