If I was a parent in California these days, I would leave the state and probably do home school. My wife home schooled both our kids in the 80’s . In the 70’s at the university of Missouri, Columbia I saw people flunk out of every other school but still be able to graduate with an education degree. I have to say that colored by perceptions of teachers ever since.
