This will no longer be just “between conservatives and liberals, or mostly between liberal and conservative women,” especially when adding the new horrifying complications of women’s and their babies health due to mounting vaccine injuries. This will now include men.
Americans don’t have a general disgust for so-called woke policies. Half of America has a general disgust for these policies since they imply compassion, understanding, science, education, tolerance and kindness. Americans are generally violent, dangerous and stupid, but Republicans are evil since they embrace violence and willful ignorance as good things. Christians? Nah, more like Old Testament Jews.

If by “safe guard children from slaughter” you mean gun control, why not just say that? There are many people, myself included, who believe the solution is providing armed guards and teachers at schools. Right now schools are procaimed gun free zones, and maniacs know this and target them. On a historical scale, genocide is government-caused or sanctioned, always. Our founders codified the right of Americans to have guns because 1) self-defense is a fundamental right, and 2) to guard against tyranny. Depriving people of the means to defend themselves leaves people defensless against those who wish to harm them and a government who wishes them ill. If the aboriginal people of Australia had arms, your history would be quite different.

I don’t think any of this has to do with women’s health. Much like the vaccines I think this is about money.

Most intelligent women here in the US understand that RvW being overturned dies not prohibit abortion nationally. It just puts the mattet back to the states to decide. A few crazy blue haired beasts do NOT speak for all american women and I can tell you that as an american woman! They sure as shit do not speak for me. They have gone well past the pro choice into the pro abortion realm. Many people in the US are ok with abortion in the first trimester. Many people in the US are ok with morning after pills. What many people here are NOT ok with is aborting viable babies at 30 weeks! We are also not ok with people bragging about getting abortions and depicting abortions using props during “protests”. We are NOT ok with supreme court justices being threatened. The behavior of the left is abhorrent. It forced i dependents like me into the republican party, and I sure as shit don’t agree with all of what they say either.
As far as fireamrs go it is the bill of rights, not the bill of needs. If you are not from the US you cannot fully understand that. I am willing to risk an armed person going to my son’s school to preserve his rights! If he has no right to defend himself later on in life he is a subject, not a citizen. It is worth it to me for that risk. Heck there are way more work place shootings than school shootings in the US but those leave the news cycle quickly. Armed guards would help. The TX school had a cop but they were magically not present for the shooting. I am also OK with not sealing juvenile felony records. We have to look at the effect of mood altering medication on brain developement. Most of these shooters are on very powerful mood altering drugs. We also need to bring back state mental hospitals for people who cannot function in society. They closed them down and turned them loose on society without having proper ways to keep track of the people that need mental help. The bigger source of “gun violence” in the US is gangs and suicides. These random shootings aren’t much statistically speaking.

Once again, neither side of this represents me. I'm "pro-choice" using your definition with the addition of "for the life of the mother." It is possible for a pregnancy to go very badly in the second trimester. (Ask me how I know.) I suspect, depending how deeply red or blue it is, the States will likely pass laws that are extreme "pro-abortion" or ban it completely with no exceptions, even for the life of the mother, rape, incest as it seems Texas did.
Both Democrats and Republicans have been milking Roe v Wade to get out the party faithful in elections. The Democrats had a chance in Obamas first 2 years to pass legislation at the Federal level to override state laws and make abortion legal nationwide, bypassing any future Supreme Court judgement. This would have removed the issue as a “get out the vote” item. They didn’t want that. Without it a non-trivial number of Democrats would have been willing to cross over and vote Republican.

Silver has been thoroughly smashed over the past few months. This morning, I saw silver down 5% but the silver miners didn’t look all that bad - they had managed to bounce back slightly. Then, I saw money really flow into the miners after silver managed to recover a few points. For instance:
11:15 AM Friday:
Silver: -2.64%.
AG [a silver miner]: +4.74%.
EXK [a silver miner]: +5.10%
Looks like “someone” might be picking up the miners cheap in anticipation of - maybe - this being a low for silver. Whenever you see the miners do well in advance of the heavily manipulated-metal, it might be a sign of a low.
Its also the case that end of month is past, and so there isn’t as much need to pound price lower to reduce futures deliveries from COMEX.
Not financial advice. Silver is heavily manipulated. Heaven only knows where they want the price to really go at this point.

All those “reserves” that the Fed printed and gave to the banks, which the banks held with the Fed, now the Fed is paying interest on them to the tune of 242 million a day.
That is over 7 billion/month. And that is likely to double as the Fed reaches its target rate in the months ahead.

Yesterday was a pretty big down day for the gold miners. I also noticed that the silver miners didn’t move (in the options market). I bought some Jan 2024 call options on GDX.

I’ve never met anyone who isn’t reasonable about exemptions for the health of the mother or incest and rape. Yet you hear that straw man on the news everyday. I HAVE met people who are concerned about the manner in which babies are aborted, the large amount of growing research that indicates the fetus’ ability to sense sound, light and experience pain in the first trimester, our growing ability to make very premature babies viable, the sale and mishandling of fetus body parts, the multi-billion dollar abortion industry and the way it preys on minorities. A lot of people I know struggle with the “grey” But THAT I never hear in the media. AND I keep seeing RvW mischaracterized as a ban on abortion, rather than a states rights issue. For at least a decade now I haven’t seen myself or the people I interact with represented in the popular media. Everything is dumbed down and binary. It’s isolating and depressing.
