I’m always cynical when they tell us that vaccines are safe and effective. And yet when the pushed their cocktail drug aka Covid vaccines onto the public they would monitor you for 30 mins before clearing you to leave. That’s another reason why, I never bothered with those vaccines. I think it’s a little too late for those that have been harmed, maimed or killed because of the product but at least more light is being shed on the unnecessary injections.
Land race chickens are the ideal. The best chickens are the ones that can survive with minimal input from humans. I’m hoping to get there some day. Right now I have limited land, limited resources (especially time, with 4 young kids), and live in a very wild area with a lot of predation. I am somewhere between fenced in and free-range - I have some fences but they get jumped a lot, and we do occasionally lose chickens to predators. But I can’t afford to just let them roam the woods totally freely because I’d lose 90% of them within a couple weeks and have to buy all new ones, and I need the eggs. It takes time to incorporate wild stock that have survival instincts and the ability to successfully brood and, more importantly, protect young chicks.
As far as I know best diet to eliminate inflammation is a carnivore diet…
Evie, just a shout out to your contributions to these Signal Hours! Your confidence in front of the camera and microphone (from those days of not being sure where to position yourself–too close, too far) has grown by leaps and bounds and it’s fun to see that growth. Like you, I feel like I’m catching up with what’s going on each time I watch another video, no matter who’s behind the microphone. Thanks to the Peak Prosperity team for keeping us up to date on everything!
Yes, but people directly involved with financial markets did pretty well on average (myself included). My take is that there’s a bit of man-made reality there. Constant schemes, scams and tricksters in authority trying to take your money, with the real judge for your longevity in the space being number go up.
I don’t think I had relevant abuse/trauma. But I think my disgust response starts to fade at about 90th percentile of human competence (in Australia, forget the 3rd world) and only goes away completely somewhere between 95th and 98th. I’ve also been passing my understanding of the utter incompetence as a default mode to my children through small segments of homeschooling.
My father passed on his utter contempt for the medical establishment to me, by explaining that for most of history they did more harm than good. That the balance may have changed in the last century, but if so, it’s not immediately apparent. The mere fact that I had both the societal trust and my father’s contempt as models, and I had to pick which one fit the facts better was probably quite significant.
Many great questions there. I’ve been attempting to answer “Who’s driving the bus?” with my substack. The short answer is that there are emergent forces, most of which have been spotted and named by prior cultures. The individuals making up this are mostly if not totally unaware of force they are empowering but would be largely supportive.
As for the agency, I think it’s a question of the desire to be right and the response to being wrong. In my case, I want to be as right as possible, and I see having been wrong as an opportunity. I build a predictive model and bash it with data and reality as hard as I can. This “sigma” behaviour results in extreme detachment from the herd.
One friend of mine is unable to admit that he’s wrong. I think he’d rather volunteer to pain testing experiments. Right and wrong is entirely social in his approach. So he waffles around a topic talking sagely without actually hitting a falsifiable point. If it turns out he was wrong, he then argues with all his linguistic skill that he was actually right. He also calls himself a cynical optimist - there’s nothing you can really do, but generally things turn out well anyway.
Such a person has an extreme lack of motivation for stepping away from the herd. Ideally, he can be a hero of the herd without even having been useful.
In the end, I think you’ll find innate motivation is the cause. I was recently pointed toward Adler’s model of psychology. I’m still playing at the edges, but I think one of the concepts is that behaviour is generally efficient meet the inner desire.
I have experienced this with organic feeds many times over the years. My theory is that they use too much plant based protein. This is why I add hamburger to correct the problem. Also the salad greens offer a very bio available form of calcium for their eggs and makes them happy. Happy chickens lay happy eggs.
That is a false dichotomy. Plus, the statement that vaccines didn’t cause autism is NOT based on science. There are ZERO studies proving the vaccine schedule is safe, ZERO.
Chris, I know you’ve probably tried this, but when I was a boy growing up on our farm in rural NZ my Dad often supplemented our chicken feed by sprinkling it with high fat butter milk. He used it for our pigs as well. We also fed our chickens a lot of our domestic food scraps. Those creamy orange eggs were amazing. I know chickens won’t produce well unless they’re getting a lot of calcium and other essential minerals. It works for duck eggs too. Just a suggestion.
You should not feel bad. You made the sacrifice for you family. Good men do that. It is those fukers that made it hard for you that should be ashamed.
Let’s take this at three levels.
First, in science, especially medical science, there are no certainties and we always have to have an open mind. Living systems are complex systems and therefore a degree of humility is necessary.
“Dr” Stone said “Vaccines don’t cause autism” and that’s a declarative statement. So it’s wrong on its face. He could have said “I have a high degree of confidence…” or something. But he didn’t.
Second, it swept up a very wide array of things into a single bucket. “Vaccines” is like saying “Drugs.” They come with different antigens, activating different immunological pathways, and with different preservatives and with different adjuvants. They are entirely different formulations. Moreover they are being injected at scale into a sea of perfectly unique individuals who have entirely different genetics, states of health, environmental toxin loads, etc.
This too, on the surface level, is nonsense. One cannot ever be certain how any particular individual is going to react to a treatment. Except we can say, using the law of large numbers, that there are going to be bad side effects for some unlucky tail of people.
There’s no such thing as a 100% safe drug because of this known effect.
Third, you have presumed the studies exist to back up the assertion that vaccines can be effectively ruled out. Those studies do not exist. Not in isolation, nor especially in combination.
To truly assign cause is nearly impossible in medicine in simple trial design. We give something, and then measure clinical parameters. It’s never as clean or a simple as planned. p-values and HR’s and a variety of statistically fuzzy outcomes are weighed against for and against the treatment and various doses. Welcome to living systems.
Nearly the entirety of medicine is temporally associated clinical correlations that we then back-solve later in the lab but really only if there’s a one-to-one connection: Product A inhibits Enzyme B, leading to outcome C. Things that mess up complex systems (like immune systems or neuronal development) are always harder and fuzzier to resolve.
For example, if you want to argue that you are 100% confident that water did not start the house fire you are investigating, you’d be on mostly solid ground. But if you wanted to further assert you didn’t know what started the fire but it wasn’t matches, you’d be on far shakier ground. That’s the ground Neil Stone is standing on.
(P.S. What if the water was in a fish globe near a window…and focused a beam of sunlight across a curtain which started the blaze…to what would we assign the cause? An open mind is always needed in this world.)
Finally, we already know that the vaccine injury panel in the US government has been forced to pay out for vaccines causing autism. they have a ridiculously high bar for excluding correlation. But it’s been exceeded. So we already know that in a tribunal setting with a hostile panel the connection has been made.
At the observational level we have literally thousands of defined cases of parents saying their child slipped away after a well-child check-up where a vaccine(s) was (were) administered, and almost none where the child slipped into autistic behaviors right before a well-child visit.
That temporal association alone is as good as proof in the business of signal detection.
“Hey look! We keep putting these fish globes in southerly windows and houses keep burning down.”
People like Neil Stone jump up and down and shriek, "You can’t say that! Correlation doesn’t equal causation you idiot! Everybody knows that water can’t cause fires!!"
But we say it anyway because that’s where the evidence leads.
In the case of child autism’s temporal association with well-child visits we have a correlation that’s every bit as a solid as the first docs administering penicillin on the battle field in WW II and connecting that to the observation that soldiers were not dying from wound infections as much as they used to.
Did those docs know the molecular mechanisms underlying the treatment to “prove” it worked? No. They did not, that came later, and could be resolved because penicillin inhibits a single thing in an easily studied organism. But that didn’t prevent us from using an incredibly valuable treatment.
It’s how life works. It means we’re sentient and paying attention with an open mind.
@Preppy or anyone…do you have a good source for organic chicken that ships nationwide? Our flock are layers, so we don’t harvest them.
A 3-4 yo laying hen is marvelous table fare, ie. eat the old birds.
I wish i could. But i cant eat any animal ive owned patted given names to…
I will probably die of starvation in a grid down scenario…all my chickens died from dog attacks or old age
Since our last flock was wiped out by coyotes, they are all less than a year and a half. We won’t roasting them for awhile.
Another topic to toss out there.
Did anyone else see this?
The Obama birth certificate in two separate reviews, has been forensically shown to be a forgery.
This press briefing his about 1hr and 6mins long.

Replace 1/3 of the flock every spring. Wife just saw a video where people had used one of those blow up stick men that wave from air blowing to protect their flock from hawks. Probably wouldn’t work against yotes, but is interesting.
The PDF that was put on the white house website, was definitely modified. I personally used my programs to confirm what was being reported by others. There’s also the issue of the SSN, as apparently the number is coded to birth state or region. OB’s number didn’t match Hawaii.
