Our military leaders have apparently forgotten how effective it was when we supplied shoulder fired heat seeking missiles the Afghan’s to knock down multi million dollar Russian helicopters, thus helping to lead to the collapse of the Russian economy in 1991. I can’t help but see the same thing happening today, but the shoe is on the other foot.
