I used to not understand how the US exported deflation during the last depression. I think I understand now; now China has the excess industrial capacity, and the (rest of the) world is struggling economically. The cycle seems to be repeating itself

A key idea is that of “living historically” –meaning embedded in a cultural enclave of similar ethnic, religious and traditional people. You knew what your father and grandfather were about, what you are about, and what you must teach your children. Who we are and what we are about. Your life is embedded in a community with a common sense of history and shared culture.
Good example is a “Parish community” (a neighborhood) within a city. They know each other and have a common history of their place in the world. Like an Irish Catholic neighborhood centered around a church.
The secret to being able to mass propagandize a population is to break those people out of their Parish Neighborhoods and have them scatter to the suburbs. This was done consciously and deliberately by promoting mass migrations into the cities to break up these ethnic neighborhoods. “I have documents showing that this was deliberate.” Displaced to the suburbs, people lived only within their own fence lines, sometimes not even knowing the names of their neighbors. They became “atomized”. Then mass media could spread propaganda to them all over the TV. They had no father, priest on uncle to tell them “that isn’t true” and “We don’t do that.”
He talks about how Zionism (the political project) swallowed up Judaism (a culture and a religion).
He also talks about what holds a group tightly together: Qualities on the inside that draw everyone in, or, threats from the outside that forces them to cling together.
Mentions a poll of Jews asking what is the most important issue for Jews? 70% responded “Keeping the memory of the Holocaust alive.”
This “holocaust memory” became the archetypal external threat. “Everyone hates us.” Encapsulating all the harm and ill will ever aimed at the Jews throughout history. The attitude that binds. Mentioned interviews with some Jewish celebrities who were terrified as children to sleep in their own rooms at night believing that their neighbors might break in and kill them at any time.
And this belief can be self-fulfilling. Tucker points out that if he believed that his neighbors would break in and kill his family that he would HATE those Neighbors. That belief tends to elicits the very thing it fears.
Daryl speaks of this only indirectly and does not ever say that the destruction of the historical ethnic enclaves are being done by “the Jews.” But you can hear the theme if one listens carefully.

That’s already Iran’s demand, and has been since the US reneged on the MoU the day after Trump signed it, and Iran is not in a mood to enable face-saving charades by the US government.

Iran is insisting on it, has been insisting on it since the US violated the MoU. If the world does not stumble-bump its way into a nuclear war, I think it will be thanks to Iran being the adult disciplining the hooligan kids who’ve been wilding through the streets for over a hundred years, now, and with more abandon since Nixon took us off the gold standard.
Not even Russia or China have been willing to stand ground firmly. Only Yemen has shown the same moral and practical rectitude.

The desire by monetary powers (the BIS, IMF, numerous private central banks) and many would-be global overlords, elected or otherwise, to remove any constraint on that monetary power has been a theme in hlobal politics for decades.
What stops or slows or checks that monetary power? Nations, widespread systems of truth based ethics, any moral code, any sense of self, loyalty to kin, any aspect of group identity outside “harmonized” global consumerism, etc., etc.
Any of us can pick up a pdf of the Council on Foreign Relations 1980s Project book by Frank Hirsch entitled “Alternatives to Monetary Disorder” or download Sahasrahbudhe and Seddon paper on central bank interventions to preserve the Bretton woods system in the 1960’s (The Perils of Technocratic Power: Central Bank Discretion and the End of Bretton Wood - the anti-nationalist program is spelled out explicitly, nakedly, in the internal documents of these entities. It is spelled oit explicitly in the Club of Rom and the various climate change cult policies enact across the globe.
What can we do?!

We must institute term limits for monetary governance and remove such limits on political officers of all kinds. In turns out, we never have a choice between corruption and perfect honesty. In industrialized economies, we only have a choice in corruption via nationalist cartels or globalisy central bankers. One or the other, perhaps both, but never zero corruption.
So, term limits must be instituted. That can come via lawfuly or unlawful means, but it must come to check the power of unelected unimpeachable invoiable central bank and monetary powers.
Further, we must institute an American System of Political Economy - more banks, loans to productive work only, protective tariffs to spur import replacement, government underwriting of productivity multiplying infrastructure projects.
Additonally, our zoning code and “urban planning” must be refomatted to erase the need for imported energy and debt by growing the dollar per acre income of municipal and state territory.
These reforms do not require large pools of currency to implement. They require some subsidiarity, some honing and refining of the message, and distribution of techniques to the many and sundry able to organize and enact changes now - due to their circumstances as well provisioned and supplied. From the strongest most seld sufficient municipalities, this reform agenda can profitably spread.
