@steel-magnolia your Spidey senses are quite sharp!
Welcome! I’m very happy to have you and your input in our efforts, and quite pleased to have exactly what we were looking for delivered at the perfect time, yet again! This is excellent, I’m sure continued collaborative discussion between X investigation and Peak will prove helpful to us all!
Here are the two lone figures in question, who asked Wittlinger about the vehicle and got ‘SERT Team’ in response.

2nd clip iis where we find them:
I would guess that he meant SWAT, as in WRSWAT, but his naming SERT is CERT-ainly interesting. ![]()
Additionally, I think we can conclude that these undercover officers are also not a part of SERT and must belong to some other organization, else this interaction doesn’t really make sense.
Thank you, @redranamber, for saving me the time to view the videos, which I haven’t gotten around to yet. Thank you. @steel-magnolia, for helping me get one step closer to proving or disproving the CNN report of Nicol saying that he met two police officers at Door 13 when he walked out the door at ~18:03. That’s two down and 2 to go.
I still have Sgt. Vensel in the west parking lot at 18:11:30, and he parked his vehicle sometime before 18:05:16, so theoretically he could have been at Door 13 at ~18:03. Then there is the third undercover officer, the one with the white beard and above the knee shorts. I still haven’t found where he came from.
I believe all three are PSP undercover cops, but at least the two white shorts guys. Cammo shorts was chummy with a PSP trooper, though, and even walked away with him later in the bodycam video.
Edit: Cammo shorts had the badge showing not white beard guy. Memory glitch. ![]()
They are likely the two Sgt. Olayer called to AGR from Sheetz at @17:45, giving them plenty of time to be at AGR before 18:03.
Okay, that was clever, and funny! ![]()
It has been determined the plain clothes with the white beard is likely not undercover or PSP. He is believed to be a civilian who conceal carries. Greg Smith has a text exchange with him that seems to confirm this as well. Furthermore, in the wide angle footage of Collin’s dashcam release, you can see the point he scurries off, not to be seen again, when a LEO shouts something along the lines of “if you are not LE, leave the area!!”
The other two (cammo shorts & navy volcom shirt PSP) stay and continue to be apart of the aftermath.
I have pondered that he may have assumed the two actual undercovers were civilians and saw them draw out their weapons and he followed their lead to “help” as well. Just a thought.
Thanks, Stella. White beard not being a LEO was in the back of my mind, but I hadn’t planned on going back in time to confirm that…prior to ruling out the other two anyways.
I would say that he was almost certainly not the potential second police officer that Nicol allegedly met at Door 13. There is still Sgt. Sasse who was parked at AGR before 18:03:37, but I rule him out based on his 18:06:50 radio comms.

I’m now inferring that the CNN report about two police officers being seen at Door 13 by Nicol is incorrect. Since that CNN statement was not a direct quote from Nicol, it could be the author confused the Door 13 and Door 9 events. I still believe Nicol ran downstairs to Door 13 as reported by ABC and CNN, not to mention BuC DA Goldinger who said Nicol exited the door.
Thanks, I must have missed that. So Jackson’s nephew was 5 or 6 rows in front (and down) from Comperatore. In the interview with Don Jr. he says “next to”, which is stretching things a bit. Perhaps he was encouraged to place his nephew closer to Comperatore for ballistic coverup reasons.
I looked at the footage from the guy who was in the front part of the left bleachers, and there does appear to be a group of people that are huddled down well past the ducking stage, about 5 rows in front of Comperatore. I couldn’t really make out any specific injuries, but it would not surprise me one bit if the powers that be cut out any sections that showed anyone with gunshot or shrapnel wounds that wasn’t one of the 3 publicly known victims.
It’s more than four months later, and what has the FBI released? Damn near nothing. We know they have DESTROYED more evidence than what they have released (tearing down the bleachers and stage, cremating Crooks, power washing the roof, …).
Edited to fix minor composition typos.
Does anyone find it more than a bit odd Mr. Martenson has not weighed in on the assassination attempts in weeks? Should we be make betting pools on whether he got a friendly request from someone like Donald Trump Jr. or a congressman on one of the investigation committees, a legal injunction (although I don’t know by who or on what grounds), or a threat?
I’m going with friendly request, because if it was a threat, all these threads would have had comments shut down.
I finally got a normal police duty image of Sgt. Vensel. We had the bear story all along, but must not have watched enough of the video. (MAR 2024)
After finding Vensel, I decided to look again for Kuss, to no avail. However, this was a first. As many times as I’ve searched the internet, I never ran across one of our Peak Prosperity posts.

Or maybe it has more to do with being a newlywed. ![]()
Interesting find and nice quality shot of Vensel! But when I go to that link, I cannot find that particular video. I can find two other videos in reference to the bear attack, but neither of them shares such footage of him. Is this possibly the wrong link or am I missing something?
I was also looking for Kuss earlier, also to no avail! Personally, I have had a few searches return our posts, but not often and from what I have seen I think usually in reference to our name/face recognition efforts.
I’d give that idea credence for about 4 weeks before a wedding and maybe 2 weeks afterwards, 4 weeks if not much has happened. But think about all the commission reports that have been released, all the stuff that’s happened, and - nothing.
I was reminded of Chris’ dedication when re-watching one of his earlier videos where he said he was seriously worried he might be KILLED for his audio analysis. Now he’s not even commenting on the testimony of the USSS counter snipers?
I guess I just WANT him to be the kind of guy that keeps interest in important stuff.
It’s the video on the top left that first appears to be just an ad. Scratch that, I did copy the wrong video link. Give me a few minutes and I’ll get the right one. Same story, wrong video.
Obviously I can’t speak for Chris, and won’t even speculate as to his reasons, other than my previous post which was in jest. I do realize he has a business to run, and subscribers who pay good money for his regular content. As for me, I’m just thankful he setup this forum and continues to host it. It’s far more user-friendly than social media sites for a collaborative investigation.
Here we go. I deleted the wrong link on my detail page. I guess that explains why we didn’t get his image before. We had the wrong station’s story.
Ah there we go! Thank you for sharing this! And not that it’s particularly important, but definitely an interesting detail in this bear attack story is the fact that her dog is named after a bear!
Yes, Smokey the Dog’s owner was in fact attacked by a bear! Ironic? Maybe mama bear wasn’t just defending her cubs, but also the name! ![]()
Woman attacked by bear in Butler Township on road to recovery – WPXI
I didn’t pay close enough attention and missed the dog’s name. How ironic.
Damn, Smokey even looks like a bear! Here’s the broadcast from when she gets home from the hospital.
I’ve seen a few different articles covering this bear attack, and this is actually the first one I’ve come across that references her dog by name, or even shows it. I’m guessing it more likely you hadn’t come across this article/video yet.
I thought the same thing when I saw him! Or if not a bear then at least an Ewok! Though now thinking about it, and the fact that it was a mama bear protecting her babes and this little thing looks just like it could be a baby black bear, this woman (not Jillian Hartmann, reporter, i.e. my photo below holding the baby black-bear/ewok/‘dog’) is lucky to be alive just by sheer proximity alone!
So I know we have previously looked for someone by the name of Zip, listed as the one to drive one of the tac vehicles to the site, and Zip was considered to most likely be a nickname such as Zal. Could this possibly be a lead to identifying our Zip?:
Logistically speaking, a 41-year employee of the Road Dept would likely be capable of driving a tac vehicle, especially under noncombat circumstances such as transporting it to the rally site. Then the name, Zulick, kIP, almost a Zip dead giveaway! I’ll keep on the lookout for anything referring to him by this nickname to verify, but I can see it a possibility!
