I did notice that, and was part of my hesitation for this being a good match… I wonder though, were he to be actively on duty with ESU, would he wear those same identification markers?
It is getting more difficult to work out the trajectories of the audio shots 1 2 and 3. when silent shots were fired simultaneously.
I am almost certain now, when Audio 1 shot was fired, 3 silent shots were also fired simultaneously.
I am relying on Copenhaver`s own evidence to figure which audio bullitt hit him in the abdomen. The problem is i am getting contradicting information from different sources which bullitt him him in the abdomen 1 or 3.
Like Murphy, he likely put his vest on upon arriving at the rally site. Besides, every uniform shirt in his closet would most likely have Corporal stripes (chevrons) on them. When I changed ranks in the Navy every uniform got updated with the new rank all at once. It’s a matter of pride and not wanting to be caught “out of uniform” by having the wrong rank insignia.
When Audio 1 and Audio 2 shots were fired Corey Comperatore was still standing. When Audio 3 shot was fired, he went down, and did not get up again. He was dead. Now figured out, when Audio 1 was fired, the 3 silent shots were fired in different directions. Audio shot 3 hit and killed him.
On a sad note, when Audio shots 1 and 2 were fired, if Corey had ducked down when everyone else around him did, he would still be alive today.
Very good points, and I think that the appearance of a local uniform with tac gear over the top of it probably signifies something, at least that they were there in a certain capacity and had to change roles to fit the circumstances. This doesn’t support my ID of that individual as McGee, as he still does not have stripes or chevrons, but I do still find it interesting!
I get the sense that LEOs from some nearby departments rushed to the rally site due to the active shooter scenario, which is likely, by protocol, the case even when it’s not the former/future president. (Recall all of the other emergency vehicles responding from off site.) Who sent them where I don’t know. Pearson wasn’t in the FOP anymore, so maybe someone else was still in there, or they checked in with the BuC ESU command or PSP. Aside from calling in North Hills SRT for backup, I don’t recall any radio comms mentioning calling in nearby departments to assist, so it had to be normal protocol.
I also get the sense that given the two mostly siloed commands, just prior to and especially after the shooting they both were sending every spare body they could to AGR. There were a few radio comms between them requesting actions or notifying the other of personnel being sent, but there did not appear to be anyone calling over the radio that they were the Incident Commander under a Unified (Emergency Response) Command. That would be typical under a normal active shooter scenario, I’m sure, but since it was a pre-planned event with two local commands already established, it appears to me there were two commands responding somewhat separately to AGR during the initial stages…controlled chaos!
Something I haven’t entirely wrapped my head around, the two command centers have always seemed to me to be separate from the FOP, so it’s appearance as a quasi-command-center has always confused me, on top of the whole two-command center issue already presented.
And he starts this video inside the FOP building, with an interesting cameo I’ve actually never seen paid attention to in detail like this until now!:
While we’re at it and out of curiosity do you happen to have the source of this photo in the recog tools? I doubt it is but is that day of?

Red arrow is FOP.
Yellow arrow is approx. ESU command center trailer.
Blue double arrow shows Hercules on the red barns.
Yes, I believe it was taken the day of. I’ll add the link to the Recognition Tools slide.
Rob Banks, from which sources are you getting contradictory information about Copenhaver’s 2 gunshots?
I’ve always thought of the FOP as Pearson’s pseudo command post since he had command over Butler Township patrol, he wasn’t stated as being in either of the formal command posts, and because he was seen walking out of it. Actually, he may have just been on a dinner break, since he never went back into the FOP that we could see, and I don’t get the sense he was doing much commanding other than controlling the closing and opening of intersections for the motorcade’s arrival.
Rob Banks,
I think that Corey Comperatore was hit with 1 of the 5 fast shots, and I think it was Shot6.

Right.
“Cows were black in Switzerland, the first passanger said.”
We can say, they did not have uniform and at least they did not resppond to radio.
“Alpha Base, we found Eagel One.” - I guess.
18:08:57 is when the ghost can be seen last time on bodycam 111.
From the movie Independence Day. (I’m not familiar with it, I prefer higher pitch music, like Metallica.)
Apperantly both ghost had shorts and one of them had lighter (but not white) shirt.
I try to perform/commit some trick to get sharper images. I was told, holography had been originally invented to get higher resolution microscopic images. We have subsequent still frames, but we lost the phase of light rays.
Anyway, I try to “do something”.
Anyone perhaps from MIT here to help me? “Am I tea?”
And just one more thing without context.
“We must stop MAGA, Joe Biden said. MAGA means Make America Great Again, Joe. If you’re doing the job, I could be on Pacific, maybe Caribic…”
Law entforcement people were not prepared for the action to protect Mr. Trump.
“What we’re not prepared for will happen” the British prime minister Mrs. Techer said. It is Murphy’s law in other words. What we allow to happen, might happen, and only question of time when it will happen.
Then they said: there is no place for political violence.
Of course not. It is the only possible reaction, when they don’t want “rational” (proportional) answer. When they don’t want “ultima ratio”, you accept my candidate to be killed, then I do so with yours. When they don’t want permanent escalation like in Ukraine. Or vendetta, like in Corsica.
So my Bayesian inference is: there were no other (professional) shooters. It would have been to risky. However, it is only a plausible inference and not fact. People do risky thing from time to time. Either they take the risk, or just not aware of it.
“We found Eagel One” reference:
I was referring to Sasse and Vensel. Can you do your magic and zoom in to determine which one was which? I have to go with Vensel being the one heading towards the two undercover officers due to holding his radio mic and making the radio call.
