This sounds like it could be Lt. Mikulan, who has Schaffner as his ATL. Lenz is the Commander, and Mikulan’s under him, right? I could be wrong, and don’t recall ever nailing down Alpha vs. Bravo teams.
So Alpha vs Bravo I think was pretty much QRF vs CAT1, possibly reinforced by Oesterling’s Alpha callsign reacting with ‘Alpha’ QRF despite being on ‘Bravo’ CAT#1. I believe this was outlined in the preop planning but don’t have that immediately accessible.
QRF:
When they refer to posts, it’s where they have someone posted…their prescribed location. In this map, the yellow asterisks with “PD” in them are posts. If memory serves, this map was based on a map Lt. Herold made during the planning.
Here is the revision to the Research Tools with slides for interview transcripts, as promised.

I think you are right on Butler ESU CAT TL 1. being Schaffner.
This is from Alpha Team Leader ESU CAT TL 2 transcripts.
Okay, most of the Task Force’s local law enforcement transcripts have been identified. I have a question mark for Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Harry Callithen because I couldn’t figure out how he presented his name, but he is the only Chief Deputy we have associated with the rally. I updated Rev. 17.

I also revised the Recognition Tools to reflect the ESU teams, team leaders, and assistant team leaders.

@Piper_truth1 has a good point regardig Vensel’s uniform. PT (since I’m VP and you’re RRA) obviously is working with higher resolution than my laptop, so it’s a bit clearer to see. I think this, along with his postures coinciding with making radio calls, is enough for me.
By the way, the Fask Force asked the witnesses about separated command posts, but they didn’t want to claim anything.
(I have a long book on Distributed Systems, so we don’t need to invent the tap water, these communication issues already written down.)
I think ESU commander is Det. Young.
Collins identified Blasko’s voice.
Q: Step back. One thing I do want to ask you, before this morning, when we were sitting in the room across the hallway, I showed you a video. Is that right?
A: Yes.
Q: I showed you video of someone talking saying I warned them, I warned the Secret Service. Is that right?
A: Yes.
Q: You identified that voice as Patrolman [Blasko]?
A: In the video, yes.
Q: All right. That was his body camera to your perception?
A: To my knowledge, yes.

So my job title is Director of Emergency Services for the County of Butler. My primary job responsibilities are 911 within the County of Butler.
butler-des-tech;
Public safety technology specialist.
I maintain the CAD System for the 911 Center; I do all the GIS work for the 911 Center; and I maintain the radio system.
The CAD is the Computer-Aided Dispatch for the 911 Center. So I maintain all those records.
The GIS is the Geological Information System that our system runs off of. I maintain all the maps and do all the uploads and maintain that. The radios, I maintain all of the 2400-user radios we have, and just updates and stuff like that.Q: So you ensure maintenance with all pieces of technology that you just mentioned?
A: No. IT does that. I just make sure that the information is correct. You know, the CAD, I don’t fix it. I’m not the IT person. I’m not going to go and fix the computer. I just make sure the data is correct.

Yes, Beaver County ESU, but the Task Force did not interview him.

9th?
There was a subsequent walkthrough on the site, on the grounds with some of the police staff, and two of my staff members attended. I was unable to attend because I had a previous commitment.
But then after that, we met at the Pennsylvania State Police barracks for around an hour or so, and the Secret Service at that time had more of an idea of how the stage was going to be laid out and how the grounds were going to be laid out.
At that meeting, one of the Secret Service agents – and I can’t speak to which one – made the comment that an event that occurred in the very recent past in Norfolk, Virginia with the heat had over 200 heat-related illnesses.
So right away, we knew that our local healthcare system would not be able to handle 200 people being transported to their facility. So we wanted to try to come up with a plan that would keep patients from going to the hospital and perhaps we could treat them on scene.
Edit:
A: Yeah. We kind of inserted ourselves in that meeting, yes.
Q: Okay. And what do you mean by inserting?
A: So we weren’t really asked to come over there. We kind of inserted ourselves in there so we could try to get – you have to understand we had a short timeframe, and we were trying to get information as to where we could set up our assets. So we kind of – that meeting, I believe, was supposed to be just more talking about the Pennsylvania State Police and Secret Service and where the police assets were going to be, but we kind of inserted ourselves in there to try to get a site plan developed. You know, just try to see where things were going to be so we could try start the plan and strategize where we needed to put our stuff.
Q: And was a plan solidified on July 9th?
A: No. It probably wasn’t completely solidified until the Thursday walkthrough. That was Thursday morning. Thursday before the event is where we kind of, from my side of things, where we really solidified where all of our equipment was going to be because we had to work with the campaign to make sure that the area we wanted to set up the field hospital in was not going to infringe on areas that they had communicated or had previously committed to something else.
