Once (or twice) I tried to find that video. Seconds before shooting there is no ESU on the picture. (Oh, it is tik-tok.)

I was just trying to suggest a possible explanation for Zaliponi possibly hitting the right side of a rifle, while shooting toward his(Zaliponi’s) left

I don’t who all the ESU type people were on the line around the time Mr. Trump came on stage, but I’ll note he showed up on the 45 minute video of Dayve’s between 28:02 and 28:22. There were several ESU kitted people for the three minutes or so after that that Dayve showed.
Here’s is Sgt. Zaliponi’s testimony regarding Butler ESU and bodycam’s:

Q. Were you wearing a body cam?
A. No. We don’t have body cams.
Q. Is that just a part of the – the SWAT team doesn’t generally wear body cams?
A. I really don’t. We just don’t have them.
As far as I can tell, Sgt. Zaliponi was in charge of the six person Alpha CAT team that was stationed inside barn 16 (directly under Hercules 2).
The Bravo team leader was also in charge of a 6 person CAT team, and I think was inside the center barn, along with the QRF and some DOD bomb sniffing dog teams:

A I was in the barn right behind the stage.
Q And who were you with?
A I was with my CAT team, and the QRF team was there too.
Q About how many bodies would you say were in the barn, approximately?

A About 150 yards, give or take.
This guy explicitly says he did not leave the barn until after shots were fired. He says he tried to render aid to a victim, got a medic, and then got in his armored vehicle (Terradyne), presumably with some of his team and went to the hospital.
Edit to add: if you read the whole transcript, it gets kind of humorous how often he says “that’s above my pay grade”. At least it’s better than Ron Rowe saying “paradigm shift” every other sentence.

- Did you read the FBI copyright warning on Dayve’s 45:46 video, and are we allowed to re-publish the video’s contents?
- Do you have the frames from either video?(the original 7:34, or the longer 45:46?
If you have the frames, I can point you to 7 frames(1/4 second) in which the shooter appears to be firing from a kneeling position, and then tumbling on to his left upper back(deltoid muscles) and holding the rifle in arms outstretched to the West.
Do you have the frames from the video?
Are we (all) in trouble already with the FBI?
I don’t know why he put that FBI warning on that video. I don’t think he’s copyrighted his videos, and he’s silenced the parts of the videos where you can hear copyrighted music.
At any rate, on a rinky dink thread like this, the most that could ever happen would be the post getting taken down. It’s not monetized, so there are no damages.

Monday was the first time I’d seen the warning, because I only had the 7:34, which may have been Dayve’s 2nd edition.
The shooter seems to be kneeling and firing for shots 4 and 5 and maybe starting to stumble toward the camera at shot 6.
He could have been on his back, for Zaliponi’s shot.
- Correct, it is not a courtroom. Still, if you want others to at least follow your point of view, or agree with your perspective, some evidence is handy.
- Yes, I have, and I am doubting anything done in terms of analyzing the video actually infringes upon anything. What is Copyright? | U.S. Copyright Office.
- I have a few versions of dayve’s vids downloaded, if you could orient me to what you’re seeing I would much appreciate it.
OK, this 12 frame sequence(0.4 second) may include the time of shot 4 and, almost, shot 5, so find the frames, if you recognize some of the scenery, and then grab these 12 and the following 12, for all frames of the ~0.8 second of the 5 shots.
A shooter, I think is on the roof, with that tree(far west tree of the row of 3 trees north of AGR complex??) Northwest of the shooter.
I think Dayve’s camera missed him for shots 7 and 8, but recorded him again after all 5 shots.
And my frame sequence ended ~0.35 seconds before Zaliponi’s shot.
If the shooter wasn’t on his back during 5 shots, maybe he was after those 5, with the rifle, held above him, for another fraction of a second…inverted…which could explain Zaliponi’s shot hitting the right side of the buttstock.
Also, if the tree location is known, then a line between Dayve’s tree location
and that edge of the tree could help to clarify the position of the rooftop shooter.
PS: these frames are from Dayve’s 7:34 edition.
Open for discussion: I’m thinking the guy on the roof was about 6’2".
His rifle was 37", and we have this screengrab courtesy of Detective Collins, at 6:20:05:
It’s a little tricky due to the super wide angle bodycam lens, but one can track a curved line from the ends of the rifle to equivalent points along “Crooks” body. I’ve drawn a skinny line between those curved lines (which I’ve approximated with line segments) using the horizontal lines on the roof as a guide, then added a thicker line that’s that same length as that skinny line, but moved down to the point where the end of it is at the top of his head.
The other end of that line is about at his belt. If I make another line of the same length going from that point down, it just about reaches his shoes.
Voila, he is just about two rifle lengths long, or 37" times 2, or 74", or 6’ 2". Obviously, this is a little on the approximate side, but I don’t think it’s off enough for him to have really been 5’8" as the autopsy claims. Besides, he LOOKS kind of tall.
For those of you that will come back with the video of him at his high school graduation, showing he is about the same height as the lady handing him the diploma:
- She could have been tall (I’m a woman, and I was 5’ 11" until I had back surgery; my mom was 6’) or
- She could have been wearing 4" heels, and
- taller guys often don’t hit their full height by their 18th birthday.
But I am open to discussion on how imprecise this is.

This figure is wrong. There are several issues. Alegedly he was near by the gate, which was knocked out.
Of course it was wrong. It was from Fox News, and they’ve been 100% wrong forever.
But which was/were the trees behind the guy on the roof(in the 1 second before Zaliponi’s shot?)
I also made an enlargement of the guy, and have a screenshot that may show which trees.
I think this type of warning is applicable when
a/ intentionally made a video for sale,
b/ not intentionally for sale made, but later found it has a value to sell.
I also think federal organizations watch this forum but they don’t want to reveal.
The question is: why he turned to west with his rifle - if he really did so. Just because there were yelling people, or he felt he had been shot from that direction?
I’d like to turn back to north barn countersnipers. It is an interesting timeline. Allegedly.
- Crooks visit the stage area (with rangefinder and dressed in demolition ranch) - there are no CS at that time.
- He flew the drone - still no CS on rooftop.
- He reconns the souther side of AGR 6 - during Elvis clip, still no CS.
- CS teams climb up at the end of Elvis clip, most probably not seen by TMC. Amazing coincidence.
- North barn CS ducked when police cars arrive. They are also concealed by trees, but might have been little visible when TMC climbed up and running on the rooftop.
So it would be interesting to know the precize timeline of north barn CS.

(Here we have holographic vignettes on empty casettes, compact disks etc. This is because you may record something from radio or television. So even if I store only family photos or just computer programs I made, I have to pay for performers. An art aliance distributes the vignette fee between performers.)
(When I was working in Germany, it was not allowed to use my car for work. They gave me a rental car with insurence. After a while they realized I got an Opel, and they said I was not allowed to use german car in my pay grade, so it was replaced by a Renault - and that was more modern. Moo-ha-ha.)

If you mean Crooks, I can’t see from that tiny image that he did turn to the West. His left arm seems extended to South(rifle may be more ‘imaginable’ in other frames, maybe dependent on lighting and the speed with which Dayve was swinging the phone
I’m sure they were ducking, not because of police cars arriving, but because shots were being fired at them from Northeast, and North. The rail shot was just one that became visible.
The FBI should have cremated Dayve’s phone.
The audio is more evidential than the video.
Which trees are in the background of the rooftop shooter?
It was really a tough day - if there were several shooters and all of them missed the intended target. Crooks missed to hit Trump and the hidden shooters missed to hit Hercules.
I should consider - do they lie? Assuming there were hidden shooters to knock out Hercules and give TMC an escape route. I would need Poirot’s smart moustache - to put puzzle pieces together.
