So It's Back To First Principles

Almost the same angle that Crooks had. One of the open windows on the second floor of the building where the two counter snipers were supposed to be would be the best position.

I think I found it! That county is pretty far from Butler, though. Perhaps the officer driving it was in the area for something else. The top name on the emblem seems longer is all. It’s a close match, though.

Edit: There is also a Middlesex Township on Butler County, as well, with offices in Valencia. The Cumberland County connection was a search result that wasn’t confirmed with the vehicle. Scroll down in the thread to see the confirmation.

And maybe another? Could this guy then be Rick Evanchec? I believe youngest photo was taken in '02.

This is a remarkably close match, i just don’t know how to reconcile the Middlesex, one word clearly displayed, appears as two words on the blurry photo. Plus the central picture seems different still. This difference could be from photo blur or something alike, but I don’t really know. Still I think the closest match so far! Nice find!

Excellent. I was just looking up Valencia, which is where Middlesex Township offices are located. That other county has. MiddlesexTownship, too. My search engine through me a curveball.

:sweat_smile: And I can see how it gets misconstrued into two words when blurred easily by zooming into their photo.

Thanks, everyone, especially you @kincses-zsolt for the enhanced graphics, which got us close enough to the target to finally find it.

Any chance there might be a rank patch or indicator somewhere nearby?

@redranamber

I know you aware of it since mentioning Valencia (a 20min drive to the Butler Farm Show), in order to avoid confusion maybe a quick update :point_down: would be helpful. Great investigative skills from your side again :+1:

I absolutely love the tools you put out, your work is absolutely invaluable to what we’ve accomplished here, both in our own processing and analysis but also in cataloguing our findings, succinctly, easily digestible and understandable. Very nice work, thank you!
