Some questions can only be answered with the kayfabe theory:

Why didn’t Trump have private security with him to make sure the Secret Service didn’t make any mistakes?

The Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner testified in front of the House the in late July and gave some useful information.
Officer left post to look for Crooks
Paris testified that two local law enforcement officers left a building with vantage points overlooking the roof where Crooks took aim at the former president before he fired shots, but the local district attorney later said the building was never unmanned.
Paris said that two officers with the Butler County Emergency Services Unit, a tactical force with sniper capabilities, left their posts in the building to look for a suspicious individual they spotted first and alerted to other law enforcement. That person was Crooks.
Wednesday, Butler County DA Richard Goldinger disputed the testimony, saying that only one of the ESU officers left the building briefly to search for Crooks.
“Both ESU officers moved within the building, attempting to keep eyes on Crooks,” Goldinger said in a statement. “One of the officers observed Crooks sitting on a picnic table at the front of the building from his location on the second floor of the building. Crooks then ran off, carrying a backpack.”
“At this point, that officer ran out of the building attempting to keep eyes on Crooks until other law enforcement arrived. The other officer remained in the building, on the second floor,” Goldinger said. “The officer who ran out of the building could not locate Crooks, and he returned to the building. Both officers then heard shots fired.”
Goldinger added that “neither officer could see Crooks on the other building due to the visual angle they had from their location to Crooks’ location.”
When asked about the DA’s statement, a spokesperson for the Pennsylvania State Police said the agency stands by Paris’ testimony.
“Our agency stands by yesterday’s testimony,” said Lieutenant Adam Reed, the state police’s director of communications. “The investigation into the shooting and its aftermath continues.”

I usually use powerpoint without anything else than
- cropping
- rotating an image
- resizing keeping the aspect ratio
- transparency to overlay identifiable parts to ensure the resizing makes sense between the overlays
I do not modify any colors, contrast, brightness, etc…

The buck stops with Secret Service, but I’m not sure it started from TMC.
A few things I’d like to mention.
- Enhanced forensics of fence notches. Those might be planted rabbit holes.
- How did Crooks aquire the back pack? Was it hidden before or someone handed over?
- Were there really a rangefinder? They say, but …
(From time to time we issue a certificate, that almost noone can check. Once a smart italian guy was able, and that was an unpleasant surprise for the managers.) So I don’t beleive if I cannot check something. I hate when we lie.

Mine are simply a crude collection of screenshots, pulled up zoomed and arranged however I feel fits, screenshot into a group shot, then I just edit that final shot to add annotation marks and arrows.
This caught my attention, was curious to dig a little deeper. This list you showed was prefaced by:

Alyssa Matthews, I’ve yet to stumble upon in photo, though I have seen her name appear in different places, name is most likely spelled as we are given. Will keep searching.
Steven Setnar, I imagine there is some relation to our Matthew Setnar from Zelienople? Preliminary search turns up nothing on Steven (aside from this very document), only pops results for Matthew.

some time ago, I explained the Swiss cheese model in a different forum topic:
the more layers in the Swiss cheese model, the more unlikely it is that things happened by accident or have not been orchestrated carefully…
shooting from the hip, I see a cheese model with at least 17 layers, and the holes in these different layers were aligned perfectly to make this happen

I think crooks put his backpack near/behind the air conditioning unit he jumped onto to get access to the roof. Grey Hughues Investigates analysed the bodycam footage of crooks walking on the AGR roofs, and it is very clear that he swings the backpack from one roof to another
I do not believe there ever was a rangefinder.
people believe that he carried that rangefinder in his trousers’ pocket, but this device has never been shown to exist. seeing is believing, and seeing an outline of something in his trousers’ pocket does not imply that something is a rangefinder…
the most obvious place where it would have made sense that he used that rangefinder was on that roof, and there is no trace of that rangefinder anywhere…
there are also other things that are missing from that roof:
- the content of that backpack
- crooks’ wallet
- the rifle shown on the roof had a magazine, where the evidence photo shows the rifle without a magazine, so, where is it, and what did it contain?
- the ammunition box(es)
I only believe what can be corroborated with high resolution footage (video/photo) which is (preferably) as old as possible.
none of the reports and testimonies are to be trusted at face value, only those things that come with supporting high resolution footage is to be considered…

Perhaps instead the incompetence has just been laid bare for all to clearly see, and any and all that have vested interest in eliminating Trump are coming out of the woodwork to ‘shoot their shot’ so to speak. More malevolently, there could very well be a driving entity/agency involved assisting in planning or funding attempting to motivate volatile actors into action.

He was with Butler City Police until at least March 2023* and somewhen later that year moved to Penn Township Police. So 2023 would have been his 1st year in Penn (that he only served partially), so 2024 is his 2nd year in Penn. Not sure how their contracts work but assuming they go Jan 1 - Dec 31 (regardless if you serve full year or partial year) that’s why the salary list is dated Jan 2 2024.

Thank you for catching that, I did think I had seen her last name spelled with 2 t’s on the personnel list but you’re right! As far as the driver of SQ400, I can only assume this to be same, the additional T could very well be a typo. Or perhaps even the single t version listed is the typo. Honestly, I’m not sure yet.
since in the Township protocols she’s always written with 1 t, I’d assume that’s the correct spelling.
