Federal prosecutors on Wednesday requested an indefinite delay in the upcoming trial of Ryan Routh, the man accused of attempting to assassinate former President Donald Trump, claiming that a massive trove of evidence has emerged in recent weeks rendering the case “complex,” ABC News reports.
According to a Wednesday filing with Florida District Judge Aileen Cannon , prosecutors have gathered too much evidence to proceed to trial - including hundreds of witness interviews, 13 search warrants, and the seizure of “multiple electronic devices” from locations in Florida, Hawaii, and North Carolina.
The overwhelming amount of digital data to review - around 4,000 terabytes - allegedly led to the request.

Butler County District Attorney Rich Goldinger said the snipers posted inside the AGR building where Thomas Crooks fired from have been asked to help again.

Sounds like Greg Nicol gets his do-over opportunity. Glad the hear the USSS placed on administrative lead won’t. Overall it sounds like a better plan, but it doesn’t sound like they plan to fence off the AGR complex. We’ll have to wait and see what the SS perimeter will be like. I’m also curious to see if the SS CS teams are still going to be placed on both barns.

So Timothy Burke the USSS Special Agent in Charge admited he was present at the rally when the shots were fired. Below is his testimony as to his whereabouts at 18:00 — 18:06 —18:11:33 till “Shooter Down”.
There must be confirming & corroborating video footage of him at the 8pm-9pm location by the podium at “Shooter Down” time stamp.

I haven’t gotten back to my deep dive on the USSS, so this was very helpful. That would put him right around where we first see him in the NTD video.

I always had him figured for coming out of the USSS command tent, but based on his testimony it appears he came from the security screening area. In his testimony he also stated that he didn’t attend at least one of the advance meetings, but it wasn’t the July 10th one we have video of, so I’m thinking that must be him there as well.

I meant the exact time when photos of Crooks(?) sitting on retaining wall were taken. The reason being, when Crooks nr1 was walking in front of the bldg6 in a video there is also eerily similar looking guy (Crook nr2) sitting on retaining wall doing pretty much everything that was captured on Greg Nicols photo. If we had the exact time when those 2 photos were taken and if it happen to match with the time when we see Crooks nr1 walking in front of the bldg6 then we can tell these aren’t one and same person.
