So It's Back To First Principles

Very eloquently stated (for the 10th time?).

Thank you for both here, I did notice Sulerud listed twice with 10A2 listed and assumed Zaliponi to be 10A1 vs Sulerud as 10A2, the 10A1 listed is probably a fat-fingering that wasn’t caught.

I don’t know if you use excel or something that can handle excel format, but here is that list in current form in xlsx. Let me know if you need another format and I’ll try to accomodate.

(You may have to play with the font settings in order to see things, I tend to go with dark mode exclusively so sorry if there’s font issues!)

Thanks! I can do Excel for sure. And I did notice that you like the black background. :smirk:

Sherlock, I appreciate your different point of view and contributions. Why are you so adamant about this specific location of rangefinder usage? What will it resolve in the big scheme of things where he specifically used the rangefinder? If it will change the outcome, then I understand. Do you think there was no rangefinder and the change of location could provide proof? I honestly want your perspective about this so I can understand where you are coming from and we could all work together.

I thought that might be a good alternative, given your propensity for Powerpoint style slides Excel falls right in line!

And yes, yes I do! :face_with_peeking_eye:

@sherlock-holmes I see where you are going with him trying to extrapolate range lines, that is a logical way to approach his ‘project’, but I don’t really think it possible for him to be doing so amidst a group of spectators that all have personal video recording devices right in their pocket. It would be far too risky for him to produce a rangefinder in such proximity to the masses, and could very well lead to many situations that he cannot account for or control. And if he had done so amidst the group, he very likely would have been noticed, noted again, possibly confronted by other rallygoers, and more than likely intercepted by law enforcement in the area.

I’m afraid I’ve flushed 80% of what I’ve learned of math out of my head. What’s left is mostly stuff up through calculus, and then probability and statistics and a little actuarial mathematics.

I kind of remember the basics of combinatorics too.

Analysis? Um, no. Advanced Algebra? There’s something about groups, I think… Differential equations? I remember taking it, and thinking that it was funny they made a whole class out of one class of equation, but I don’t remember much else.

It’s toward the top of my “to do” list.

He said they put it all together in 1 month! I am going to get it tonight.

Both writers were on Tim Pool’s TimcastIRL last week talking about ‘Bulletproof’.

Oh thank you. Will check it out too.

I finished reading the House committee report although I was close to skimming in a couple of spots.

The DID interview Boosted police officer (called Butler Township Police PD Witness 4) and Greg Nicol (called Beaver ESU Witness 3), which is good. They quote excerpts of the interviews, and presumably the whole interviews will be forthcoming.

They definitely gloss over some things. For example, they state that after boosted police officer drops off the roof, he goes to get his rifle from his patrol car. True enough, but they skip the part where he runs to the south side of AGR building 6. We still don’t know why so many police were looking in those windows when they KNEW Crooks (or somebody) was on the roof.

Then, with Nicol, on page 37 there’s a bit about how he’s trying to keep track of Crooks, but loses track of him after he picks up his backpack and runs.

Nicol: “So at about 6:06, 6:07-ish, as I was moving around the building that I was in, I seen Crooks. And when I looked out, I noticed that Crooks was standing out beside that picnic table and there was a backpack sitting on the ground.”
TF STAFF: “Okay?”
Nicol: “When I looked, I seen him. He grabbed that backpack, and then he took off running.” 95

They don’t really say where he went after that, except on page 43:

" Civilians on the AGR property were becoming increasingly aware of Crooks at this point. Beaver ESU Witness 3 testified to the Task Force that he saw the crowd—which had gathered to watch the rally—turn away from the stage and face the AGR complex, after the former President had started his speech. Beaver ESU Witness 3 assumed the crowd had turned to watch law enforcement engage Crooks on the roof." 117

Um, what the hell??? Nicol assumed the crowd had turned to watch law enforcement engage Crooks on the roof???

This diagram gives a possible hint as to where Nicol went. See the second blue square marked “Nicol” on the building marked 4?"

No word about what Murcko is doing at all.

Awesome. I just was watching it. Definitely worth the time. Thank you for sharing. (“Their” stupid AI chat back-fired on them!)

8/22/2024 Edit: Parts of Nicol’s testimony aligns with information he provided during interviews with ABC and CNN, as well as the Beaver County After-Action Report. Some times differ, however. Upon a more complete review, other parts of Nicol’s testimony do not align with those prior sources. Therefore, before I revise any of my prior analyses, I will perform a detailed comparison of this interview record with other interviews as well as other evidence, to assess the veracity of all of Nicol’s testimony.

Some key factors that will be considered include:

  1. In his prior interviews, Nicole’s was documented as lying about the timing of his actions.
  2. The fallibility of human memory tends to make later testimony less accurate.
  3. This is the first known release of interview records regarding Butler County ESU counter sniper Mike Murcko, Nicol’s partner in AGR 6.

As for the AAR Building 4, I cover that in my “Timeline Analysis - Door 9 & 13 Events,” Part 4: The Time In Between." If you care to read it, I highly recommend going through Part 1, first, to see all of the inaccuracies in the AAR Timeline Maps.

What?! Now I am going to page 43. I want to know at what point?
Edit: At the point of boosted cop boosted calling it out.
So where was Greg when he was watching and ass-uming this? Where was his “oh sh*t” body language and language? When we saw him he did not even look agitated. Boosted cop wasn’t even supposed to be there but look at his reaction. Odd.

If you’re up for a detailed analysis, try this. I can’t tell you for certain where he was, but I can tell you what I think the most probable location is and why I think that.

From the report below I am posting the entire Witness Testimony of Nicols W3, Murko W4, and Woods W1
There are lots of questions answered and many more posed, did they tell the real truth? or is this some truth +fiction polished rehearsed version of events MK 3, its a different from previous interview statements
It really is a must read

Somehow I feel it is weird. I should not use it if I had an important mission. Google Maps is not entirely accurate, but it doesn’t need to be so accurate. What if his zero was wrong with one yard or two?

So I think if there really was a rangefinder, he might have tested the agreement he would be able to access the vantagepoint. And his (alleged) conspicuous behavior when he was watching the building and the windows is weird too.

And just one more thing. He (allegedly) used the drone to discover the rooftop. It implies he already had made the decision of place of shooting.

That’s the point. Especially with his shooting range T-shirt.
