I still cannot be sure, but the vehicle shown in black/white or black/grey two tone looks different enough from the black BuC and green BeC bearcats already identified to allege it to be our missing SQ400 (A side note, I have been quite curious as to what the identifiers AR or SQ represent/stand for. Anyone have any ideas?). I have to imagine it’s either this one or the bomb truck, and this one looks more bearcat style than the bomb squad. In the video provided by @stellauc, this two-tone vehicle moves out of view as we see the black bearcat move into the position we find it in Pearson’s cam, and right around that same time we can see our SS agent approaching.

18:45: EMS is being dispatched for a male in the vicinity with injury from jumping over a fence.
18:49: LF-4 is airborne toward Pittsburgh.
18:52: Medical units are being moved around now, responding to several various calls. No additional GSW reported.
18:53: Control is relaying to incident Command a report of a female down in a parking lot, unknown problem.
18:55: Command is advised there are SIX EMS units on standby for the immediate area. Command is requesting 1 respond in to handle the female down.
18:57: LF-3 is departing toward Pittsburgh.
19:01: All EMS agencies in the county advised BMH is on FULL DIVERSION UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
19:08: Per Command, no need for an additional aircraft.
19:20: To answer some concerns, yes, the helicopter circling BMH since 19:09 is PSP.
19:24: One patient with PD at the stage, needs EMS evaluation. Unclear.
19:30: All units on standby are released.
20:00: North Hills SRT is requesting a medical unit from Command.
20:03: Tactical team at AGR is requesting EMS assistance with a deceased individual.
20:11: The tactical team only requested a bodybag. This is for the shooter.
I wonder why the North Hills team needed a medical unit, and at 20:00 no less…

I am in the middle of analyzing the Armored Respose (AR) or is it Rescue, I don’t recall. More common is AVR, V for vehicle. SQ I cannot find. Anyways, I have times for all the sightings and have to convert them to real time. I’ll probably finish it tomorrow. I am skeptical too, thinking the Police Rescue is a subdued but reflective type paint.

I trust you saw Banks and Edwards near the victim being treated on the ground. I’m wondering if that was Dutch or Copenhaver. I hope not, it took the ambulace about 13 minutes to get there, which was surprising given the number of them at the rally.

Yeah, Bank was the one I was referencing. I recognized her face but didn’t recall her name at the time or reference the tool for her name when posting. Where do you see Edwards though? I keep going through the video on slomo and still can’t find him!
But this video is very informative, thank you again @stellauc! I’m pretty sure we get all three bearcats in one video! Starting with the mysterious black/grey looking Police Rescue one (which could have reflection on it changing the color but I’m inclined to believe otherwise, plus the body lines are more similar to me to the BeC bearcat than BuC black one, plus windows and emblems all appear different), pan over to them carrying Copenhaver and shirtless guy backing up shows us BeC green bearcat, we pan back and the motorcade with ambulance (and I assume black/grey bearcat) are leaving, and the black bearcat has assumed the position we see it in on Pearson’s cam. Now to look through hospital footage to see if there is a black/grey style bearcat!
Oh, and thank you @vegaspatriot for the updates to the tools!

Nope, bearcat does not appear to leave with motorcade, thanks to RSBN, does appear to have some odd reflective panels, and appears to pull from this position into black bearcat postion:

I’ve got the videos in the Research Tool for the motorcade to and from the hospital. No Bearcat in either. We did spot the BuC Bearcat in the hospital video before, and/or just the CAT team running by. I’m doing my timeline analysis now, comparing the sightings of all 3 Bearcats and am just at the time where the motorcade leaves the rally. I’ll know shortly if the AR400 and SQ400 movements occur at the same times.

Yeah, looking back at the video and they appear to be CAT running by, but now knowing of CAT team Hawkeye that travels with the motorcade and seeing no bearcat present in the motorcade, I’m thinking any CAT team present at the hospital would be Hawkeye. RSBN even caught them getting into their black motorcade SUV:

Okay, my memory wasn’t the best. There was no Bearcat seen at the hospital but there are both Hawkeye and CAT 1 there. We assumed that the Bearcat had to be there since CAT was there as reported.

If you’re referring to black on bottom and white on top, look closer at the Bearcat and you’ll see it only appears white due to the sun shining on it and reflecting off it, much more so that the bottom of the side panel. I thought it was white at first, until I looked closer at it.

There was a bearcat on Pearson’s bodycam footage (allegedly with the telescopic ladder), and I think it went to AGR east parking lot. The rescue bearcat arrived from south after the shooting. I beleive its post was at rally goers’s parking lot.

Look at this 2023 photo of the Butler County Bearcat and how the top half of the panel reflects more sunlight and the “Police Rescue” is still barely visible.
