And indeed, not a ton of visibility, though enough to approximate an area to fire at, and considering his shots did not connect and supposedly passed between they were clearly not well aimed, likely due to this tree. Realistically, he took 8 shots, hitting 4 individuals, a couple nearby inanimate objects in the process, and coming seemingly very close to a couple more hits on SS personnel. And at that, with only a red dot sight and possibly even shots made with angled iron sights (not positive on this but I recall it coming up in discussion), I would venture to say that he wasn’t as much of a bad shot as they claimed him to be in the early reports, and that that line of information was meant to be yet another red herring or timewasting decoy. But anyways, I at least think it would track for shots to pass between or around Herc2 and not strike them given the shooter’s equipment, experience, intel, and perspective.

A few days ago I had a bad step in the morning. No pain yet, just some weird feeling. There are a lot of small bones at the ankle, some of them moved out from its right place. I decided to shake my legs to allow it go back. Otherwise within a day it makes pain.
Definitely it was after the shooting. We should find who was detained by the two cops before 1803.
Actually I don’t think there was a shooter on the tree, but I’d like to see that footage anyway.

Sometimes it matters, how I start the explanation. If the audience cannot accept something, it is a dead end.
(Let me tell you a case. We have an equipment from Australia (to re-sell with parametrized). The settings/parameters can be stored either in non-volatile memory like EEPROM/flash, or in volatile CMOS memory. That needs some backup battery inside, which I’m not aware directly. But there is a real time clock/calendar too, which obviously needs backup battery when not utilizing power from the wall. (So if there is CMOS clock, maybe there is no EEPROM.) Dunno why, it never shows the time and itself cannot record any measurement data, no timestamp needed. But I started my argument this way, and the managing director started sceeming “we don’t need the clock” and he became pseudo deaf at that point. And the customer (he has PhD) said another stupid thing: they use it rarely and for short time only. - Now I put my hands in the air and let them probably lose the settings.)

That is the question I am working to answer.
It sure looks like one to me, but then again, i’ve been know to be wrong about such matters.

So is it just some crazy coincidence he has some unidentified unlabeled unusual looking bottle alongside his IED’s with some strange cap design going on? This caught my attention when I first saw the FBI evidence photos, and still, I have no clue what this unusual bottle is all about. Anybody have an idea regarding the bottle in his trunk?
It looks like a standard plastic water bottle to me, with the label torn off. It appears to have a white tube running from the opening to the bottom, with something black on it near the bottom. The yellow tape or whatever at the top looks like it relates to the white tube.
There are a few others that would have captured Crooks walking to and from his car, but not at the HVAC unit climbing on the roof. I just need to look at some bodycam or Google Maps footage to see if they were there at the time of the rally. I’ll add them if I find some.
Not there in NOV 2023, for sure, and it doesn’t look like they were there the day of the rally, either.
It looks like insulation tape, maybe covered some ignition. It looks pretty harmless if it wanted to be Molotov coctail. (Actually I saw YT footages, made by ukrainien television, how to make that.)
That’s a large industry with about 100 plastic bottle manufacturers. A plastic bottle looks like a test tube before they inflate it to have a given shape.
