The red truck is there during the ABBA song.
And I think this may even be someone walking through the lot.
Dayve said that he had arrived around 1700 and started filming after the motorcade arrived. Before that - there was an issue with red truck guy.

Ah I thought that was the BuC ESU UTV at first, but I think instead it may be this one:

That thing by the red truck, I can’t quite tell. It is very hard to see, it almost appears to be still at first, but then I think it does move a little in the end a little. Possibly someone in the distant lot, standing or walking casually?
According to Dave Stewart the red truck AGR guy is janitor Jeffrey Bester.
Thank you, I’m sure there is a mass of information throughout x that I am unfamiliar with. I am curious as to how he learned/confirmed this. Bester is on LinkedIn, with minimal details and no picture, and no date range listed, but does confirm he is AGR Intl. Maintenance Supervisor.

I don’t think it unlikely, simply curious how he learned it. My brief search turned up nothing useful aside from the LinkedIn associated with him so far.
I couldn’t find a post from Dave saying how he knew Bester, but it most likely had to do with Dave working at Sheetz and knowing a lot of the locals. I have to believe Bester was a regular Sheetz customer. There are photos of him in Sheetz.
By the way, Wittlinger turned back after witness transport. There are birds.
I tried to find a rally goer video with this song. Not found yet.
But I collected some interesting links.

Thanks for the links, Kinces.
Why are there so few good videos of the shooting?
Could the Secret Service have suppressed all the videos that show the shitty response of the core team? The FIRST guy that got to Trump admitted that he didn’t even consider the first shot was a shot. Thus he wasted an entire second in his response time. And he was the best of the bunch. That’s one of the few Secret Service f***ups that haven’t been explored yet.
For comparison, watch footage of the attempted Reagan assassination. The punk got 6 shots off in a little over a second. In that time one agent turned around and became a human shield and another one was shoving Reagan into the presidential limousine with all his might. Meanwhile several reporters and bystanders tackled the punk. They didn’t stand around and wonder if the noises were fireworks.
(Is is the COVID “vaccine” ruining everyone’s response times?)
I think the one you have under the arrow may possible be this gentleman:
Hmm. I personally wouldn’t fault him for not recognizing gunfire immediately upon shot 1.
They were in rural Pennsylvania. Most people thought it was fireworks at first, we’ve seen time and time again.
Pa laws are very open regarding fireworks, allowing the purchase, sale, or use of consumer fireworks(“Consumer fireworks include anything that can be seen or heard when burned and meets public safety standards” ; aka the good stuff!) by anyone 18 or older.
For comparison, in New York State you’re pretty much allowed snakes and sparklers,
and then not even that is legal in NYC. “Fireworks like firecrackers, bottle rockets, Roman candles, spinners, and aerial devices are illegal statewide”.
So, I think it tracks that one would assume fireworks at first, especially considering most people were a considerable distance from the actual sound of the shot. And really, it’s not as if anyone heard the shot and ignored it.
Also, I don’t think we can exactly consider that a 1:1 comparison. The situational differences I think can easily account for a difference in response time. Trump standing at a podium delivering a speech, security not standing at his elbows (can you imagine, them standing right up next to him on stage while he’s speaking? ), shots from a distance vs. Raegan moving to his car with security right there on him, responding to shots fired in the immediate vicinity, not to mention there being the rural venue vs urban setting, you are much more likely to encounter fireworks in Butler, PA than you are in D.C.
I would say the true failure lies less in the response time, and more in the fact that anyone even allowed him to take the stage at all.
I think a chief engineer has some shares - so it is a “short hand” saying this is his company. The reality is more complicated, but anyway it is his perception - even if he is not 100% owner.
Look at special agents repositioning before the shots.
The known security room might have been just a shadow. Window shopping.
Explanation of his path is wrong, but the idea is good - to re-think.
