I’m saving up for a category 1 tractor seed drill. Broadcast spreading requires twice as much fall & spring mixes. I broadcast spread my fall mix a few weeks ago and suspect due to deer, my horses, birds, etc I’ll be lucky if an eighth of what I spread takes root.
