I first read about this technique in some book years ago. It was an Air Force officer’s autobiography and in their unit (Vietnam War era) if someone was spouting off some form of BS they would stop the briefing (or whatever) and the guy calling it would toss out a yellow flag like a NFL Referee throwing the penalty marker. Then everyone would be aware that someone was stinking up the conversation and was getting called out on it. They either had to provide some factual evidence or STFU with their story.

I’ve wanted pharma ad bans since i saw the first one. They had to go straight to the consumer when some docs questioned their effectiveness IMO. These are SO wrong on so many levels. I wonder if these ads don’t hypnotize people who are susceptible to hypnosis sometimes. I listen to the ads (without watching them) and wonder why anyone would want to try some of these drugs. The side effects are terrifying on many of them. It’s especially frustrating when one knows that people just need more non-processed food and supplements to improve their microbiome and the condition would go away on its own. So frustrating. Fingers, eyes, legs and toes crossed this becomes law to disallow them anymore.

The outgoing HHS Xavier Baccera unilaterally extended the Act to 2029 on his way out the door.
According to GROK the PREP act can be initiated or ended solely on the opinion of the HHS Secretary if its deemed a biological, chemical or nuclear emergency that presents an existential threat to the nation.
If RFK ends the PREP Act tomorrow the EUA authorization disappears along with all liability shields, ergo MNRA shots vanish until such time safety can be proven beyond a shadow of doubt. Not likely in the near future.

Naturally, as a non-US-American, I don’t concentrate so much on domestic issues there (though I do have close relatives in your fine US land), so I can’t speak much to your internal affairs. However, I do very closely monitor US foreign policy issues. And in this regard, I think Trump (or the people behind him, funding him and pulling his strings) is very strongly US-backed-Apartheid-Israel-first, so I’m not really surprised at him publicly endorsing Lindsey Graham. I’m not interested in Trump’s claims to him being a peace president; I’m looking at the Administration’s actions, and everything they do suggests to me that they really are gonna do US-backed Apartheid-Israel’s bidding and do the batshit crazy deed of taking the US to war with Iran (see how Trump et al. are already willing to put US lives at risk to kill scores of Yemeni civilians – show me some proof that they’re successfully hitting ‘military’ targets as they say – simply to prop up the Apartheid genocide regime, as only a tiny percentage of US shipping goes along this route [they use the smoke screen that they’re doing it for Europe, and griping about that: I’d say they don’t give a shit about Europe, and are not doing it for them at all]. Where’s the Trump that says you should talk with the Houthis? The Houthis would welcome talks, I’m sure. The Houthis are simply the only nation doing their Genocide Convention duty and seeking to prevent genocide. No, Trump et al. would rather bomb the shit out of innocent poor people than stop arming a genocidal state, or to talk to this ‘ally’ to pressure it to stop committing genocide.) The people behind US foreign policy (I guess largely the Zionist element, i.e. the Neo/Ziocons, AIPAC, Miriam Adelson, US-backed Apartheid Israel, Netanyahu et al., all in unison) seem to be determined that the US goes to war with Iran. Iran is no threat to the USA or the US’s natural enemy. Actually, geopolitically, the US should have been using ‘soft power’ to gain influence inside Iran and should have been trying to get it under its wing, rather than attempting to destroy it and constantly seeking unlikely-to-be-successful violent regime change. Iran’s got large amounts of hydrocarbon resources, and it’s extremely strategically placed in the region, as well as being in relative close proximity to Russia. War with Iran is in the interests of no country in the world… except US-backed Apartheid Israel, that seeks to become the unopposed hegemon in the region and fears that Iran is probably able to fight back. So to get their spoilt way, they need to undo the leash and set their idiot bull mastiff onto their hated rival.
And I think everyone should be concerned about the prospects of war with Iran – I think it will be catastrophic, will likely affect us all detrimentally (wherever we live in the world), and is likely to lead us into WW3. I think it will probably be the beginning of the end of the US empire, (ironically) the end of US-backed Apartheid Israel (even if they use nukes), and will kill huge amounts of innocent Iranians who just want to get on with their peaceful lives.
Endorsing Lindsey Graham is just another indication that Trump el al. are headed in this perilous direction, and I’m hoping and praying that they resist these malign Zionist forces and turn away from this – in this case I would be much less cynical about the Trump Administration. Even if they just see that it’s a totally illogical policy decision (while trying in other ways to depose the current Iranian order), I’ll still feel that there’s at least some strong forces with common sense remaining within the US regime.
