Watching from Queensland, Australia. It seems to me that people in the US care more about their elections that most places, and perhaps for good reasons. Meanwhile in Australia, it is bread and circuses. Seems the water needs to get hotter over here.

Violence and illegal activities by the left are not something to worry about. You can count on them to do these things. We need to learn how to deal with that.

From Australia where we also have a two-party system, which is essentially a uniparty that have fixed it to ensure one of them always stay in power through preferential voting. What is Chris’s view on a three-party then a four party system? Better or worse?

I wasn’t going to vote, but Peanut the Squirrel sent me over the edge. As a Catholic, the Bishop also made me feel guilty about not voting. I voted in NY and it was pleasant and seemed legit. We had paper ballots which were scanned. It all seemed on the up & up. I left most stuff blank, but I am at peace with what I chose.

Audio Note: Some of the audio quality issues are coming from a mis-configured gate settings in the ATEM switcher.
Easiest way would be to disable the gate on all the inputs (Chris & Evie’s Mic) as well as on the master output.
If that is not possible, adjust the settings on all of the above:
From the manual:
Gating is extremely effective, but it’s also very powerful so requires careful attention.
If the gate threshold is set too high it can cause artifacts,
such as cutting off the start of a syllable
or the quiet end of a word.
You can compensate by reducing the threshold slightly,
or by increasing the attack or release time.
Definitely cut the threshold a lot, and increase the release time to 250ms or more.
This would be in the dynamics setting on each audio channel.
