Thank you for sharing this information. I’ve been looking into creating an emergency pack just in case things get worse with this pandemic. You never know when shortages might start rolling in or worse, the country shuts down.

Get a 55 gallon food-grade drum (or multiple food grade buckets) and fill with winter wheat (high protein.) Almost enough calories/protein for a year for one person. Would be horribly monotonous, but it is just the starting point. Do that first, then follow the article and great suggestions in the comments for stocking up.
