David Collum: Data, Deception, and Revolution

Was it full, partial or just upstream enhancer elements? It wasnt the full promoter or part of SV40 protein itself?

It seem to look to me that any promotor sequences that are in nanoparticles would present the most potential harm to the cells that take on the payload of the nano particle.

What is the effect of having these promotor sequences inside human cells that have not encountered SV40?

The breadth they covered is broad but I am floored that there is no discussion regarding the Zionist team surrounding Trump? Has David ever discussed Zionism infiltration in the US? Its a root cause problem for sure.

Hi Tom, I’ve never heard of a revokable trust
please can you describe the essence of that a little more (and maybe even the detail if you’re inclined to do so). Thanks!

thanks so much for sharing this song.

Arsenic IS found in drinking water, both citified with chlorine (and God only knows what else) AND arsenic is found in some well water. I have had 2 different locations in Texas tested late last year, the deep well water which once tested clean years ago now has unsafe levels of arsenic. The municipality treated water has high levels of chlorine and other baddies, like microplastics. It is a good idea to check water quality with regularity, since we wash our IVM down with it.

Hi! You’re in Switzerland, right? I don’t know if an American revocable trust has an analog there but you can get the detail you want from this website:
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/r/revocabletrust.asp

I’m not a lawyer (but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express ) but here’s my thumbnail sketch. A revocable trust is a legal instrument which protects the grantor’s assets (my wife and I are the grantors) from having to go to probate court upon our deaths. It also protects our beneficiaries’ from taxes until after they take possession of our assets and remove them from the trust. Once the trust is written by an attorney ($1,500) we moved all our significant assets into the trust. Some assets are described broadly like clothing, furniture, coin collections and appliances in our home. Our other more valuable assets get titled in the name of our trust with my wife and I as named Trustees. (Trustees individually in our trust can include or exclude assets, or otherwise change the terms of the trust. Trustees manage the assets during the life of the grantors and upon their deaths.) So the recorded owner of our house, vehicles, bank accounts, life insurance policies, investment accounts (if we hadn’t pulled them all to avoid The Great Taking) is our family trust. We are listed as Trustees of the trust. We can do anything we want with the assets while we live. Upon our deaths our beneficiaries can seamlessly begin managing our assets and taking possession of them. They can leave assets “in the trust” to minimize tax liability by stretching out the time before they take possession. For instance, they can sell our house, put the money in an investment account and withdraw 10%/ year to reduce their taxes (instead of taking it all out in year 1). The trust isn’t protected from legitimate creditors but it introduces a layer of protection against a theft since the Trustees would have to appear in court to transfer the asset before our deaths to anyone else.

Yes indeed, Switzerland, known for its beauty, cheese, chocolate, watches, Pharma ( :scream: ) and the pinnacle of global financial treachery

Thanks so much for your detailed summary, this is pure gold
I will look into this first thing on Monday. Great stuff!! :ok_hand:

Wishing you a nice weekend Tom, take care and thanks again.

SHORT ANSWER: I do not know & my understanding is that SV40 promoters are elements in the “Non-coding control region” (NCCR) and therefore DO NOT code for protein – but correct me if I am wrong about this.

ADDITIONAL OBSERVATIONS: It appears that Pfizer disclosed the information regarding the full sequence of the indicated plasmid they used in the manufacturing process – that included the SV40 DNA promoter sequence. Presumably, this “promotor” was included because it functionally promoted transcription in the manufacture of the desired mRNA active ingredient to be incorporated in the Pfizer mRNA “vaccine” product.

A good place to start digging is the fact-checking-debunkers (Link: PolitiFact | Experts rebut claims that mRNA COVID-19 vaccines are ‘adulterated’) to find the potential misdirection. The debunkers want to block and tackle it seems strawman issues that are intentionally or inadvertently promoted on social media and used to attack and marginalize the “anti-vaxxers”.

My original post (speculation) at PP has nothing to do with certain (fake?) “strawman” issues.

For example, two of the main strawman issues are (I think):

  • Whether the Pfizer mRNA vaccine contains complete infectious live SV40 virus? Note, which is not what was originally reported regarding finding contamination of Pfizer mRNA vaccine vials with DNA material sequences that in some way corresponded with SV40 DNA transcription promoter (enhancer) sequences. I do not think that Pfizer mRNA jabs are contaminated with complete infectious SV40 virus!
  • Whether the Pfizer mRNA vaccine is contaminated with sequences of DNA that came from a complete live virus SV40 source? Note, this also does not appear to be the case or to be asserted by the original reports of contamination, and (I think) that Pfizer may have reported/confirmed that the source of SV40 promoter sequences used in the manufacturing process are completely synthetically sourced (but you should confirm this for yourself).

As far as I can tell Pfizer has never represented that the SV40 DNA promoter sequence – function and activity of the same as a transcription promoter or enhancer is different or substantially different in the manufacturing process relative to corresponding function and activity for the same or similar DNA sequences found in the NCCR of SV40 virus strains.

I have not found any facts, evidence or logical reasoning that alleges, suggests or otherwise indicates SV40 DNA promoter sequences presumably from the manufacturing process that contaminated Pfizer mRNA jabs – are NOT/can NOT be acquired by pre-existing latent-persistent SV40 virus via a SV40 enhancer-trap mechanism.

Just to be clear – I have not done an exhaustive literature search and analysis.

Note also, it appears that Pfizer mRNA material tested in the clinical trials that were the basis for FDA regulatory approval was different from the subsequent manufacturing process for product deployed to the public after approval – the latter shifted to using a manufacturing process that used (synthetically derived) plasmids that contained SV40 DNA promoter sequences – again presumably to facilitate, promote (enhance) transcription to make the mRNA active ingredient used in the final product. Product tested in the clinical trials did not and could not have SV40 DNA contamination – because a different manufacturing process was used – that did not involve use of SV40 DNA promoter sequences!

It will be interesting to see how jabsters will strain and twist logic to assert perhaps that SV40 DNA promoter sequences used by Pfizer ONLY promote transcription during manufacturing but when they are carried over as contaminants and injected in a human the same somehow lose all functionality visa vee promoter or enhancing activity in vivo relative to a pre-existing SV40 from a latent-persistent infection reservoir.

Of course, well designed studies could be done to unpack this contamination issue – but I am pretty sure they will NOT be done in the foreseeable future.

I get how no mortgage would help but how does a revokable trust add an additional layer of protection against the Great Taking? Isnt it merely shifting ownership in name only?

As part of the Great Taking, homes without a mortgage could theoretically be stolen via a sudden unpayable spike in property taxes (to offset the muni debt) or via the municipality merely using the recorded deed (that they hold the original of) as collateral on their muni debt, just like the banks can do.

What does the trust do beyond holding a property in an individuals name?

thanks.

I hesitate to answer because I’m not an attorney. However, I suspect it has to do with the fact that the house is not in MY name. So if someone came after MY assets, the assets in the Trust would not be targeted. I don’t have any assets. My Trust is not a person who lives in the world and is vulnerable to the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune. The issue of property tax levied by my city is a separate issue. I see that property tax might be an effective avenue of attack to steal my property right from under me. But theoretically my city tax collector would be the only entity that could attack from that angle. The US government nor any bank nor any part of The Great Taking machinery could raise my taxes or attempt to take possession of my property along that attack vector. I don’t see any other attack vector left open to them for my house inside my trust.

The lowest hanging fruit in The Great Taking will be assets that can be stolen using computers and extremely broad court orders disposing of whole categories of encumbered, phantom, electronic assets. I keep thinking of how the MFGlobal theft unfolded: it was all decided in courts and was ruled “legal.” For example, imagine Charles Schwab and Citibank are in severe financial distress, so to satisfy their creditors in bankruptcy nearly all their assets are seized with the stroke of some judge’s pen (mortgages, investment accounts, uninsured bank accounts, etc.). I’m not on anybody’s list to be vacuumed up in an operation like that and neither is my trust. To seize my house several highly unlikely events would have to occur in sequence. First, they’d have to identify my property not by mortgage records but by physically surveying my city’s real estate records. Probably too much trouble. Second they’d probably need my city’s cooperation which here in New Hampshire would be unlikely to be forthcoming. “Live free or die.” The city politicians and bureaucrats know that we know their names and where they live unlike federal judges, white shoe lawyers, and corporate executives. Third, property owners in New Hampshire would by and large resist. If they want our properties, outside of creating new computer entries somewhere which would be practically irrelevant, they’d have to come to our physical addresses and physically remove us. The casualties they would start taking would almost immediately cause them to reconsider their strategy. Why bother with all that if you’ve successfully taken possession of all the 401k’s and IRAs, investment accounts and properties with outstanding mortgages? Too much trouble. Not enough willing personnel.

Thanks!
Makes sense.

Note that on some states there is more protection for a primary residence of its outside of the trust. Joint tenants with right or ownership or something like that. Protection from lawsuits and the like can be increased when something is outside the trust in some cases.

Other considerations regarding property ownership with regard to one or more of the owners needing long term care should be discussed with an estate planning lawyer well before the need arises. Sometimes a trust is not the best options here either.

Just to clarify a couple points: Vaxxed II was mainly about the HPV immunization (not Covid), but maybed Vaxxed III will cover the CV-19 debacle.

As to who would sign up their child for these child-harming MK Ultra-type experiments, Candace Owens’ latest coverage on the Macron rabbit hole only gets deeper. In episode 3, Owen’s shares that Macron’s mother, a pediatrician, was apparently entranced by hermaphrodites and helped transition at least one child. And in episode 1 & 3, the French president’s interest in AndrĂ© Gide’s “The Fruits of the Earth [Nourriture Terrestre]”–pictured behind him in his presidential photo, which hangs in all French schools–shares Gide’s autobiographical story of being a pederast. Macron’s father was apparently a psychiatrist, his school mates say he kept to himself and no one knew much about him (his parents’ careers, where he was from, etc.) and the French pres spent most of his biography talking about Brigitte’s family than his own. Curious.

Following the announcement of half a trillion dollars for AI mRNA cancer vaccines about 10 days ago and the appointment of HHS advisors of which RFK did not approve, Trump has since said that he would consider rejoining the WHO if the US didn’t have to contribute as much for its annual payment.

What is going on?

Add to this the announcement of Dr Gerald Parker as the Director of the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response and it seems that Trump is either being unduly influenced by globalist hacks or he simply used RFK Jr to help him win the presidency.

I love the idea of disbanding USAID immediately and several other actions Trump has taken recently (if they fully materialize), but if the above vaccine decisions don’t raise concerns, I don’t know what will. It is obvious who owns the Democrats, but who owns Trump?

My understanding is that a vote re RFK Jr happens this coming week. Hopefully this doesn’t go against RFK. There is no doubt that Trump (and Musk) could sway recalcitrant Republicans if they want to, so a vote against RFK Jr will show what side of the fence Trump really sits.

Wow! Very helpful and interesting – thank you – particularly the first link: https://twitter.com/Jjulian6412/status/1663120566079877120 - with the imbedded video.

It seems that the DNA plasmids (containing the SV40 promoter sequence) used in the Pfizer mRNA jab manufacturing process that were carried over and contaminated final “vaccine” product essentially are functioning (inadvertently?) like a bacteriophage (a self-replicating virus that infects bacteria).

The indicated Pfizer DNA plasmids work by infecting E. coli – such that the E. coli then is induced to manufacture the desired mRNA active ingredient formulated into the final Pfizer jab product.

But the contamination of the Pfizer jabs that are injected into humans results apparently in the infection of the host gut flora E. coli with the indicated DNA plasmids – so as to create an infectious (self-replicating) bacterial pathogen containing the DNA plasmid – that then can be (apparently is) shed and infects potentially unvaccinated hosts – that can be human and/or other mammals (presumably) – which continues the infectious process.

In other words, the supposed “contaminated” Pfizer mRNA jabs essentially deployed a self-replicating mRNA “vaccine” (bioweapon) – using a DNA plasmid infection of the host E. coli bacteria as the infectious vector.
This explains (for me) perhaps why on a couple of occasions in the last few years I got really sick after being exposed to jabsters (I think).

The fact that the mRNA jabs have not been pulled from the market and complete clinical hold put on human clinical studies – is flabbergasting – and OBVIOUSLY too-stupid-to-be-stupid!

Regarding children’s blood:

Article Title: Aging insights from heterochronic parabiosis models
My quick and dirty summary:
Heterochronic parabiosis (linking the circulatory system of two living organisms of the same species, of different ages), the older animal can extend their lifespan by gaining better protection against diseases, and rejuvenation of many major organs and cell types (while the younger suffers some issues of the older animal).
The article’s conclusion is definitely worth a read.

https://www.inc.com/jeff-bercovici/peter-thiel-young-blood.html
Article Title: Peter Thiel Is Very, Very Interested in Young People’s Blood
My quick and dirty summary:
In article dated 08/01/2016, Peter Thiel shows interest in parabiosis.
“
I’m looking into parabiosis stuff, which I think is really interesting. This is where they did the young blood into older mice and they found that had a massive rejuvenating effect. And so that’s
 that is one that
again, it’s one of these very odd things where people had done these studies in the 1950s and then it got dropped altogether. I think there are a lot of these things that have been strangely underexplored.” - Peter Thiel
Thiel Capital contacts Ambrosia, a company in Monterey, CA, which was then conducting a two year study where healthy participants 35 and older receive a transfusion from donors under 25 and is then monitored for molecular indicators of health and aging.

The last few paragraphs of the article I find especially interesting.
