Does Your Plan B Include a Second Place to Live If Plan A Doesn’t Work Out?

I am starting a large home for a client and I got bids on Marvin, Pella, and, Anderson windows, clad and fiberglass, and found the best deal on the Pella proline series.

I did extensive research on all the major windows verndors about a year ago. Marvin and Anderson are at the top. I saw a lot of complaints about the quality of Pella or geting the order correct, so I avoided them as an option for me.

I have installed all three major brands many times. I have always been impressed with the quality of Marvin. At the same time I have always been impressed with the parts availability going back to 25 year old doors and windows with Andersen. My first impression is to go with Marvin if price is approximate but I must add I have never ordered replacement parts from them. Just my two cents.
