So you’re asking why there aren’t more big protest marches? More Luigi’s gunning down the perpetrators? 1. I think the largest percentage of people are in denial about it. They write the Covid atrocities off as incompetence, at most. 2. Another large percentage are passive and won’t “do” anything besides moan and whine. Not just about Covid. About anything. 3. A certain percentage are keeping their rage bottled up inside or self-medicating it away. They’ll pay a big biological and psychological price for that.
Personally (and there others like me), you won’t see my rage. My rage is successfully compartmentalized. I’m going on happily with my life only partially engaged with the world while a sea of rage simmers in the background looking for an effective form of expression. I consider nearly all “traditional” protests and marches useless, or worse, when dealing with the evil amongst us. A Lone Ranger like Luigi doesn’t move the needle, as we’ve seen. So I’ll tend to my garden and grandchildren and enjoy my music while I look and wait for my opportunity. I suspect it will find me. I won’t have to create it.
**“The most terrifying force of death, comes from the hands of men who wanted to be left alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know, that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over.
The moment the men who wanted to be left alone are forced to fight back, it is a form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be. Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these men who wanted to be left alone, fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror. TRUE TERROR will arrive at these people’s door, and they will cry, scream and beg for mercy… but it will fall upon the deaf ears of the men who just wanted to be left alone.”**

THE WRATH OF THE AWAKENED SAXONby Rudyard Kipling
It was not part of their blood,
It came to them very late,
With long arrears to make good,
When the Saxon began to hate.
They were not easily moved,
They were icy – willing to wait
Till every count should be proved,
Ere the Saxon began to hate.
Their voices were even and low.
Their eyes were level and straight.
There was neither sign nor show
When the Saxon began to hate.
It was not preached to the crowd.
It was not taught by the state.
No man spoke it aloud
When the Saxon began to hate.
It was not suddently bred.
It will not swiftly abate.
Through the chilled years ahead,
When Time shall count from the date
That the Saxon began to hate.
