They initiated Zero Covid since the clade that originated in Wuhan was much, much more lethal than the clade that hit us. It decreased in virility very rapidly.
Remember, I was in China when it happened.

Mike, they kept on going with Zero Covid until Dec 2022. Why did they do that? Sure would be nice to see that design document. I suspect there’s long term stuff in there we know nothing about.
Yeah. Keeping the lockdown to 2022 was a big mistake. Probably just bureaucratic inertia. They finally had no choice but to end the lockdowns due to economic and political reasons. Then they ended the lockdowns all at once. No one had any immunity at all. The hospitals were overwhelmed.
That’s what I used to think - “it was a big mistake.” But with my tinfoil hat on, I wonder to myself - what did the government find in the documents they collected at the WIV? And what long term results did they see in the subsequent testing they did?
Maybe they found stuff that is … long term really unpleasant. With a 10-year evolutionary pathway. Like this:
I really don’t know. We now know a lot more than we did. I still think that the injections were more dangerous than the virus but I had never heard before of the interactions between the spike and the HIV insert before. That is new to me.
So (coincidentally) covid can infect CD4 cells. Just like HIV. In fact, those are the only two viruses (I know of) that can infect CD4 cells. So those inserts do work in that way. If you were in the government, and you found this out, might it freak you out a bit? Enough to proclaim ZERO COVID?
The substack article goes into a lot more detail. Different mechanisms, but the same immuno-suppressive result.
That is pretty damn serious. CD4 has many immune functions.
They’re still pushing COVID boosters for the over 65 crowd at Safeway. I suspect they figure it’s a good way to reduce Social Security payments.
I cancelled my subscription to AARP since they were pushing the “boosters.”
My feeling was, “if they are going to sell me out like that, I want no part of membership.”
Remember all the videos of Chinese people dying in the streets, people being welded into their homes, spraying streets with disinfectant, etc.? They were clearly fake. Such videos were not complementary to China, yet the Chinese government did nothing to suppress them. Though China restricted domestic flights, international flights were not until the virus was well established outside the country. The Chinese government was in on the scam. The virus did not “leak” from the lab, it was intentionally released. Event 201 had already prepared the system for the desired response. All of the supposed mitigation measures actually had the opposite effect. Well understood treatments and cures were actively suppressed, lest the plandemic run its course before the election and before the participants could profit from it.
How do you explain the fact that Event 201 happened in October 2019 but the first people came down with COVID symptoms in November 2019?
It is a big assumption that China was the driver. I’d suggest following the money instead.
The mRNA platform didn’t come from China, it came from DARPA, which funded the foundational research that Moderna and others built on. That’s where the patents trace back to.
China offered mRNA vaccines as an option, but went with a more prudent and proven approach: inactivated virus vaccines like Sinovac. That’s a traditional, well-understood platform. It was a smart policy on its own merits and not necessarily a sign that they understood mRNA risks in a way others didn’t, though they likely assessed it on their own.
If they were in on a global mRNA design project, why invest so heavily in a separate vaccine platform that uses completely different technology?
The real trail is the money. Who holds the patents? Who got the billions in government contracts? That doesn’t lead to Wuhan, it leads to the boardrooms and patent offices of the companies that own the IP.
Follow the money, Dave. That’s where the answers are. I would assume you’d understand that as well as anyone. Curious.
I can’t. There has been speculation that the virus was deliberately released in Wuhan by the American military. This is corroborated by the fact that some of the earliest infections were among the leadership in Iran.
Earliest infections among the top Iran leadership and in the industrial/Military/Intelligence center of China? (which Hubei Province was). That is a bit suspicious.
There is also evidence that the virus was circulating long before November.
The best evidence seems to be that it came from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. But no one really knows for sure.
But Event 201 is really suspicious. It is worse than suspicious. It is like someone was rubbing our noses in it. It was like they were saying, “hey, we’re telegraphing the fact that we are about to do this and there is not a damn thing you can do about it. And after we do it, you won’t be allowed to even ask us questions. So take that, little proles.”
And, of course, the genome of the furin cleavage site of the virus had been patented (US9,587,003B2) in 2016 before the virus broke out. That is a tad suspicious to say the least.
In a functioning society all of this would be common knowledge and an investigation would have been started a long time ago.
The vaccines in China didn’t work either. I know three people in China who were vaccinated and got the virus. Two of them ended up in the hospital. One ended up with extended symptoms.
I was in China and domestic flights were not restricted. Surprisingly, they were not even restricted to Wuhan - although no one would take flights to Wuhan even as a connector flight. I was in Southwest China and trying to book a flight back to the United States. You could clearly fly to Shanghai, Beijing and even Wuhan. There were pages and pages of flights to Wuhan since no one would take those flights, so there were plenty of empty seats.
Fun facts:
When I got to the airport, the doors were guarded by Red Army soldiers. You could not get into the airport unless they took your temperature with a forehead scan.
Everyone in China was wearing masks except for the elderly. The elderly had been through World War II, the Chinese Civil War and the Cultural Revolution. They were at the point were they had already survived everything life could throw at them. They were completely without fear.
I had to have someone in the US buy my airline tickets for me. Getting credit card authorization through an airline in China was just about impossible. So I had my law firm in the United States buy them in my name and reimbursed them when I got back.
In Seoul, South Korea I was frisked by customs. The frisks were done by pretty, young Korean girls wearing Korean military uniforms. It was one of the sexiest things I even encountered in international travel.
I don’t have data on how well the Chinese vaccines worked. What I do know is that end users had options … which is noteworthy.
For a government we label ‘authoritarian,’ citizens had discretionary choice. For our ‘free market’ system, many of us lost jobs or school access over the jab.
We’re seeing the same inversion with AI. China has open systems. We have closed ones.

From people I know in China, that is correct. The only mandatory vaccines were transportation workers and health care providers. But at least one doctor I know of in China refused to take the vaccine and nothing happened to her. No reprimand, no job loss - nothing.
It seems Geert VB is still active & offering his thoughts:

The secret to them using the spike protein likely rests in the part the manufactured to break off. That little bit and what ever it can stick to os the key. The plopped the cleavage sight right there for a reason…

Thanks for confirming. Good data points.
