I think people are arguing that a Presidential pardon only gives him immunity from prosecution in federal courts, but not in state courts and that on that basis he is entitled to rely on the 5th Amendment (not to incriminate himself in a way that could get him prosecuted in state courts) without prejudicing his position in relation to accepting the pardon (in relation to federal crimes).
That could be.
But I’m thinking of it from the standpoint of how I would go on attack.

If he did nothing, he would be seen as a monster, he realized - which he could work out before anyone else could. So he decided to construct a counter-narrative: that he was the saviour. Suppressing ivermectin was an essential corollary to building this counter-narrative (otherwise he could not push the vaccine and he could not be the saviour).
What I would like to know is, was this all premeditated, and a deliberate release, or was it really just a lab accident and he was just trying to manage a crisis. I said in March 2020 that this was a lab creation and 70:30 deliberate release vs. accidental. Event 201 war gaming a worldwide coronavirus pandemic took place on 18 October 2019 in New York City. The first 3 known COVID patients were researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology who developed coronavirus symptoms in November 2019. It takes months to organize an event like Event 201.
The timing of the “pandemic” was very convenient for the global communist conspiracy. Before the coronavirus outbreak, the USA was the indisputed world superpower. It was governed by Trump who, during his first term, seemed to be really trying to drain the swamp and to take on the Deep State, China, and to try to govern the USA along small government, low tax, free market principles. A few years down the line, and the USA hegemony is dead, China is dominant and the globalist communist conspiracy is dominant. China closed domestic flights but allowed international flights out of China to continue. The Western bureaucracies reacted optimally if their goal was to maximize damage to the West: at first saying there is nothing to worry about and allowing the virus to spread, then locking down hard.
There is another interesting historical fact. The omicron variant was first detected in Botswana in four diplomats from a “European” country. As Chris pointed out, omicron was almost certainly a separately engineered variant. Ukraine is a European country. The U.S. had illicit bioweapons labs in Ukraine.
I am convinced that the reason they pushed the natural origin narrative from the start was not to try to convince anyone that the virus arose naturally. They could work out that it was a lab leak and surely they knew that others would work that out too and indeed many were publicly working it out from the start. The evidence was just too compelling - no genetic variety, perfect adaptation to infecting humans, not infections to bats, etc. No, I say it was in order to misdirect us into arguing whether the virus arose zoonotically or in a lab, as opposed to asking whether the virus was released accidentally or deliberately. In that sense, their misdirection has been, and remains, very successful.
What I would also like to know is what the role China played in all this, as opposed to the role played by Western communists/traitors/Deep Staters. Was China the driver, a patsy, a partner of the globalists?

Apparently, the New York Times just wrote an article praising Fauci and attacking Rand Paul.
There really wasn’t much left of the New York Times’ credibility. Even Democrats that I know are embarrassed by the fact that they had been convinced to get the injections. The Times’ story may be the last blow of the credibility wrecking ball to a once proud newspaper.

The only reason you get a Q clearance is to have access to nuclear weapons information. Nothing else.

A Q-clearance is specific to the Department of Energy and allows access to restricted data.
Restricted Data (RD) is a category of classified information in the United States that is defined by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as:
all data concerning (1) design, manufacture, or utilization of atomic weapons; (2) the production of special nuclear material; or (3) the use of special nuclear material in the production of energy, but shall not include data declassified or removed from the Restricted Data category pursuant to section 142 [of the Act].[1]
A Q Clearance is equivalent to a U.S. Department of Defense Top Secret clearance.[2]

This could be why the Q-Clearance:
