I do a 5 day at the changeover of every season. Its not hard if your regular diet is carnivore - if its carbs, your ‘carb addiction receptors’ will be screaming within hours.
Most of the worlds religions and philosophical movements have fasting traditions - I find it helps ‘reset’ your metabolism and renew your physiology. When you refeed, it puts out growth hormone and you produce fresh new ones.

Shortages will show up differently in different production lines and different geographical areas but looking to see how issues might manifest over the next 3, 6, 9 months.
