I’m looking for a similar footage, when the hore lady turns back and we can see a guy with tripod and a man dressed as hunter (allegedly the CEO).

Tactical people had to learn some medical first aid skills. It is possible a retired cop continued his service at ambulance.
Dayve’s phone spent three days in custody, so it might be manipulated.

I am presently reading again the CS Hercules 1 leader testimony and I found that beginning at the bottom of page 154:
HSGAC Majority: Did you use your personal cellphone that day?
Witness: I didn’t have my personal cellphone with me.
…
HSGAC Majority: And on page 1484, it looks like you wrote in this email from August 5th that you attempted to call 6:20 – I imagine that was 6:20 p.m. – it says, “I believe I attempted a call (redacted) while still on the barn roof. He did not answer.” Was that 6:20 p.m. on the 13th?
Witness: Yes, yes. That would be p.m.
HSGAC Majority: Do you know who that was that’s redacted there, who you attempted to call?
Witness: Yes.
HSGAC Majority: Who was that?
Witness: Am I allowed say?
Witness counsel: Yeah
Witness: Okay. It was Hercules 2 CS from the other team on page 2
HSGAC Majority: Why did you attempt call Hercules 2 CS with your personal cellphone
Witness: I believe I attempted to call on my work phone and no answer, so I attempted personal phone, and no answer again.
Isn’t it strange? The guy didn’t have his personal cellphone with him BUT he attempted to call his colleague with his personal cellphone!!!

And a little bit after in the interview:
HSGAC Majority: And likewise the calls that you mentioned in this email, at 6:45. What were the reasons for using your personal cellphone for those calls?
Witness: So at 6:45 he called me back. I assume he saw the missed message. He called me back, and that’s where he kind of said, “Hey, what are we doing next?” And I was still kind of focused in on, I don’t know, what do we do next? And then he said, “We can send teams to the hospital?” and I said, “Yep. You guys go to the hospital.” It kind of got back into the, okay, incident command. What are we doing next? That was the 6:45 call.
But if I refer to this video: Dropbox at 6:29 pm they were not on the roof but still on the ground!

Yes, I agree. I tried to enlarge it for ID purposes but it was too blurry so I didn’t use it. The white shorts guy’s badge I could get a clear enough image of to ID it as PSP. I believe cammo short’s ID badge is likely PSP though judging by how close it looks to white shorts guy’s. Also, because cameo and white shorts guy were always seen together, and PSP Sgt. Olayer called 2 of his guys from Sheetz and told them to go to AGR, and because the way cammo shorts was closely interacting with and walked away with a PSP trooper, I believe he was PSP.

This interaction is very interesting, if he didn’t have his personal cell phone how indeed did he make or receive calls on it?
Here we find Marciniak and King, Herc1 CS, and clearly Marciniak is on his phone again. We can’t be sure of which phone he’s using here, whether it’s his personal or work cell, but I also don’t think this refutes his testimony of a call coming in to him at 6:45 jarring him back into response mode. We don’t have footage of him at that point in time, and clearly here they have descended the roof and seem to be somewhat casually returning their equipment to their vehicles, while possibly trying to figure out what to do next. The motorcade has already departed, as has the Terradyne, and judging by the event response as a whole, an actual fully-fledged contingency plan to a situation like this didn’t really exist, and a lot of participants were left figuring it out on the fly.

In doing deep dives I often run across things unrelated to what I’m researching. Here is an interesting phone conversation:
“So you’re nowhere near the car.”
What car? The patsy’s car? You know, the car the Kuss kept Kiko from sniffing. OMG, did they know that’s where the bombs were? Is this evidence that supports the theory that local LEOs were planning to eliminate eyewitnesses by bringing them to where the bomb would go off?
Here’s proof! Start at the 19:21:40 mark in this bodycam.
Spoiler Alert: He was obviously referring to the person’s car he was talking to, since the caller was hoping his buddy could bring him something.
“I was just checking. I might need a battery soon.”
The moral of the story is that anyone can cherry pick a piece of evidence and spin a wild tale with it. 
(I’ve been on this deep dive for a while now and needed to come up for air.

It is very surprising that he claims not to have his personal phone that day and that a few minutes later he says he made a phone call with this phone that he did not have on him and the person questioning him does not even notice! This is not serious!

Funny you should bring this up! I was recently viewing this same segment, trying to figure out the wearer of 122097. It must be someone in BTwp, and through a process of elimination I wind up suspecting this to be footage of either Robert Muphy or Jon Schaffner. Personally, I like to view these bodycam videos in VLC media player as it gives the ability to boost the audio, which is nice, and you can frame-advance with the ‘e’ key, along with all kinds of other useful features.

At 6:23 PM the two CSs are standing on the roof putting away their equipment. He tried for 3 minutes before calling his colleague on the north barn that he can see 50 meters away from him. It’s incredible that he didn’t call him back until 6:45 when they must have spoken live when they went down to the ground well before 6:45!

I have noticed in all of the HSGAC transcripts a lack of interest in drilling down to find the truth on the part of the interviewers. Very little or poor follow-up questions. Here are my thoughts on that:
- There are multiple congressional staffers asking questions.
- They might be asking questions the same way their bosses do during congressional hearings, each congressman or congresswomen getting 5 minutes each. It’s their ‘temple of familiar.’
- They have an agenda, and are only interested in getting the information they need to support it. They are not necessarily trying to understand fully what happened, like we are, so they’re not wasting time to get all the facts.

I’m going to go out on a limb and guess you’re looking for the Horse Lady instead of the Hore Lady.
The only footage I can think of that includes the former CEO of AGR would be this. He’s not dressed as a hunter — more like a baseball player. He’s carrying a megaphone. He’s at the very end of this video, captured within eye shot of the HVAC unit at approx. 6:05 pm.

I think this an excellent conclusion, it is very easy to cherry pick certain pieces of evidence, possibly manipulate them or even as we’ve seen use lesser quality, lossful versions of data to produce an idea and then spread that thought process. This is where your slides on Investigator Bias and Human Memory stand out very well to me. Thank you for these!
