By that “statement”, are you claiming that Copenhaver and Dutch’s words to Tom Llamas on NBC aren’t true? Would you also disbelieve the doctors and nurses at Butler Memorial Hospital, who gave medical treatment to those 2 men?
Would you believe an ultrasound scan of the bullet that remains in Copenhaver’s abdomen?
Well there is a lot of information there that does not match. So yes, I am saying that someone is lying. A lot.

One observation for me: David Dutch looked 50 pounds lighter in the 14 October NBC interview, compared to the David Dutch on 13 July, but maybe you think the paramedics who put him on the grass also were lying…
In high school we had to learn philosophy - in its weird and not well defined language. There was an article - by Ulyanov - Is There Objective Truth? I didn’t get it, so I try to answer the question from time to time.
Even in the most perfect mathematics - there are ambiguities. (For example, they say 0 at power 0 not exists. But my opinion is: both real limit exist. Gerard t’Hofft once answered a similar question - on what elementary is. Whichever in the certain case most apropriate is. Another example: the trigonometric identities - we cannot distinguish which side of the equation is the truth. Also we cannot find an absolute coordinate system in linear algebra - but sometimes a certain one is easier to use than others.)
I don’t know what my conclusion should be. I guess there are distinguishable and indistinguishable things. (And nothing in between?) There is no (known) coordinate transform which can replace Crooks wit Yearic. There must be - I guess - objective facts which are independent from our opinions. But we must find out what those facts are.
Did you hear Llamas say, “Attorneys for both men say this video(2 seconds of it) show both men getting shot.”
Attorney Feldman is preparing a case in which both men claim to have been shot.
If that’s untrue, they’ll lose their case, they’ll have to pay the court costs, and I guess they could be jailed for perjury!
I’m not sure why they’d be risking that kind of legal damage.
(Almost twenty years ago there was here a riot against governmental lies - called phone booth revolution. And a priest said like: what many people say makes it not necessarily to be truth.)

Maybe start with those things that I already proved to be wrong with your logic.
a) You said that no one got shot after three shots. The video I provided proves that Copenhaver reacts to those shots. So please prove what you state.
b) You said that there is a lot of blood where Dutch and Copenhaver got shot. So please provide the evidence where there is a lot of blood from that section.
I’m not a medic, but I guess when no artery was shot directly there is not so much bleeding.

How many bullets were found by FBI? Were they fractuated? What rounds did the shooter use? Were they frangible? Lot of thing we - or at least I - don’t know.
If I said that, could you please show me my post, saying that?
Since mid-October, I’ve said that 3 men were hit with the 1st 3 supersonic bullets, and that 1 of the 3, Copenhaver, was hit twice.
I don’t know either, but I think it was the FBI report which said 1 bullet in the black vinyl cover for the south Jumbotron, one bullet in the warehouse(barn) door south of the SW bleacher, and east of the lake.
But I can’t remember them mentioning the bullet in Comperatore, orthe bullet that (apparently) is still in Copenhaver’ abdomen. And I think the rail shot also wasn’t mentioned.

So what are you saying? That there is a second shooter? It’s kinda hard to keep up with your logic because you do not answer to questions.
