It’s clear from Senator Ron Johnson’s July 30 report that SS “command” was
- monopolizing the receipt and passing on of information from local LEOs to SS sniper teams
- monopolizing the receipt, and passing on, of SS sniper team requests on to local LEOs
- choking and slowing down these mediated local LEOs - SS sniper teams communications
At 5:40, local AGR sniper 1 (who is Greg Nicol, known to have taken pic of Crooks) must go through “command” to relay info about Crooks. This is done by 5:41 via fast RADIO.
At 5:45 a local sniper does manage to send a pic and text to a SS sniper team leader (may or may not be part of command).
How fast does this SS sniper team leader pass on this info to SS snipers? 8 minutes later this SS sniper team leader EMAILS SS sniper teams a non-specific, generic message that "local law enforcement [is] looking for a suspicious individual outside the perimeter, ‘lurking around the AGR building’. That’s sabotage of SS sniper teams’ ability to respond, 100%, no doubt.
Between 5:41, when Greg Nicol has sent out the text and pic to SS sniper team leader, and when SS sniper teams read a generic email from said SS sniper team leader no earlier than 5:53 pm, 12 precious minutes have gone by. Are SS sniper supposed to get their eyes off their binoculars and scopes every 30 seconds or so to check their email just in case their SS sniper team leader has emailed them something important? Sabotage! (We don’t even know that the email included a picture of Crooks, btw.)
Then at 6:11pm, According to SS Acting Director Rowe, “a member of former President Trump’s protective detail contact[s] their Pittsburgh Field Office to inquire about the radio update that there was an issue local law enforcement was looking into near the perimeter.” So between 5:53 pm, when SS sniper team leader sent out an email, and this 6:11 pm request by shut out SS snipers, 18 minutes have passed. SS sniper team leader and/or command have not been updating regularly the worried SS sniper teams about the suspect. Not even “we have no new info on the suspect” every few minutes. SS snipers need to get off their binos and scopes and beg for an update from the monopolizing command/sniper team leader. But worse, they may not even be trying to get the info from command/SS sniper team leader, but from Pittsburgh Field Office [=Timothy Burke SAIC]. This suggests they are so frustrated that they try to bypass command/SS sniper team leader, or that command = SS sniper team leader is controlled by PFO under Timothy Burke.
It’s pretty clear command/SS sniper team leader (and perhaps PFO) was sabotaging the SS team snipers, both in getting timely and precise information diligently pushed out by local LEOs, distracting them in the process by having to read emails and request updates when few were coming in.
