In reference to my Newman post, I know I listed his K9 as being named Jimi, and I was pretty sure I had come across that pair while looking things up, but I’ve realized Newman was not associated with K9 Jimi but actually K9 Nitro. My mistake.

Looking into this, I suspect this to be the flag cape fellow. I’m not 100% yet, but I’m not sure of any of the other witnesses wearing a white tshirt like that.
