Thanks for that overview.
For what I’m interested in, is there a casing ejected by Crooks rifle, I don’t see any difference in both of the versions (TMZ or Scooper). I mainly used the Scooper one because of the higher bitrate.
(My map search says: district of Pittsburgh - not a suburb.)
(We have more concepts than words.)
Oh. Time flies like an arrow, fruit flies like bananas.
According to testimonies: there were two other suspicious persons - at the same time period. (Interesting coincidence. They left the ‘homework’ for the last minute -or- the other persons did appear at the same time. I’d bet on the first option, bc the rangefinder was spotted half an hour before they considered it seriously.)
Thanks, I forgot that.
And yet another part in the USSS-HSGAC-Interim-Report (page 82) that is not accurate. Seems they aren’t aware that Pearson’s bodycam is 12s ahead of time, it’s ridiculous!
“6:10 pm
Between 6:10:08 and 6:10:17, body camera footage from Butler Township Police show USSS counter snipers positioned on the roof of the southern barn behind the stage reposition themselves to face toward the direction of the AGR building.”
USSS-HSGAC-Interim-Report (page 83) not accurate.
At approximately 6:11 pm, a Butler Township PD officer was lifted up to the roof by another officer, and he stated that he saw Crooks approximately 5 to 6 feet away with “his gun pointed directly at me.” The officer further stated, “I thought I was fucked because all he had to do was pull the trigger. […] So, my hands came off and I went back down onto the concrete.”
If Crooks was 5 to 6 feet away from where Collins got hoisted up (in the middle of the interconnection roof), Crooks would have been at the very end of the roof and could have been seen on Collins bodycam.
I don’t see any concrete here
USSS-HSGAC-Interim-Report (page 84)
Unbelievable, so many inaccuracies!
How can it be that they, after more than 2 month, not even can come up with the precise time for the first shot?
At approximately 6:11:25, Crooks fired an initial volley of three shots
USSS-HSGAC-Interim-Report (page 85)
This could be accurate (shot #9)
The Butler ESU officer said that he believed that he shot Crooks in the right shoulder or right side of his neck
Pathological liars do what they do…
The FBI reported, “we have no forensic evidence indicating that [ ] [the round fired by the local officer] either struck our subject or the subject’s rifle.”
USSS-HSGAC-Interim-Report (page 86)
and again they’re 9s off
At approximately 6:11:40, that USSS counter sniper fired a single shot that killed Crooks
Ah, c’mon, it’s close enough for government work…and it is government work.
You’re probably right. In the private economy you would refuse to accept such a report, without making any payment of course.
what is it you see in the first 2 pictures?
It was a hot day, Crooks probably was thirsty and had a bottle of water before he took his shots
- The question was the other (two?) suspicious person at the same period of time.
- Which is your nortwest?
(We issue certificates, almost nobody can check. It is shame sometimes how inaccurate they are.)
People have said that a standard trick is to use a fake investigation to implement a coverup. If the guys doing the investigation genuinely think that they should be the arbiters because they’re interviewing people, they’re delusional. If they were serious, they would have released some initial findings as a request-for-comment document and then had an issue tracker where people could add rebuttals, additional info, etc.
It’s pretty clear to me the the HSGAC investigators collected evidence from the various agencies involved without analyzing that evidence, especially the timestamps. They reference the Beaver County After-Action Report a lot, and we know the inaccuracies it has.
They do a good job of drawing out the planning failures on the part of the USSS through their interviews, I will give them that. I don’t think they are looking for failures on the part of local law enforcement, though. It’s like they have an agenda similar to the media, local law enforcement good, Secret Service bad.
That said, I do believe the onus is on the USSS. So far the only real issues I see with the local law enforcement is Nicol’s taking his sweet time relaying information about the suspicious person, and the PSP taking a bit longer getting to AGR to search for Crooks than it should have. One only has to compare where Collin’s drove in from and was just seconds behind the one PSP who pulled in the west lot. Other than those two, and the cop who pulled up in unmarked car right after Collin’s, the only other LEOs there were the PSP trooper and the Butler Township patrolman who were the ones that met Nicol at ~6:03 pm. Oh, and one or two undercover cops that didn’t do much in the way of looking for Crooks that I can tell.
It’s not “my northwest,” it’s Nicol’s northwest. The northwest window is the one on the second floor of the building Nicol and Murcko were in, the window above Door 13. That’s where Nicol observed Crooks with a backpack near the picnic table outside of Door 14, which prompted his 6:02 pm radio call.
