So It's Back To First Principles

One more comparison for Matthew Setnar

thanks for the images, in particular for the transparently backgrounded rifle!

I never thought I would ever feel dr. frankensteiny on a sunday afternoon

when we match the line of his shirt, we get this:

but that does not make much sense, as he would not be able to reach the trigger…

so, I rotated his arm compilation without stretching any of the parts, which gives this:

so, with some stretch of our imagination (and his arm ;-)) it would work that he could operate the trigger. note that the photo of his lower arm gives an underestimate of the length of that body part due to the angle from which his handcuffed hands were photographed…
this means that this position could have worked to operate the trigger, but it still remains to be seen whether he would have been able to fire 3 rounds in 2 seconds with a small grouping at about 185 yards, of which was very well placed…

if he simply had shouldered that rifle, the ejected shell casings would have been much more plausible than now…

the shouldered version would have looked like this, and you can see that his arm and hand would have fitted the trigger guard very well…

The left arm tattoo clinches it for me. He obviously had some added to the back of his right hand after the first photo was taken, but the rest of the arm is harder to compare than the left arm.

I have been doing the same thing for the last month or so, trying to identify the police officers at the rally. I am unable to identify these 2 officers myself. Can anyone help. Also, on the day, Butler Township had 2 maybe 3 officers all wearing the name Tedeski on their uniforms. I think i have identified the real one, the other two cannot identify.

On the day of the rally, Butler township had two police officers there who have the same name on their uniform Tedeski. The officer on the left, i have identified as David Tedeski, I cannot identify the one on the left. According to the Butler latest police staff directory, they only have one Tedeski. My question is, who is he on the right please?

Sometimes the pain starts only next day.

Hi Rob. This version has a few mistakes still, and missing rally sightings that I’m adding now, which involve the LEOs you’re trying to ID. I will send the next revision out this afternoon. Hope this helps.

Welcome, and great artwork again from your side
I think that already looks very close to what we could see in the Dayve Stewert video. True, it would be hard to believe he got 3 rounds off very precisely without shouldering the rifle. I first have to think about it a little bit…

@sorey

@redranamber can you please share the link to the Short image in uniform on the right? Thanks.

Also, I’ve been working with the extended video of Gianvito’s bodycam, calling it BeC ESU 1,2,3. For me, 1 is the starting roof segment, and 2 is the trip from the rally up to and on the roof. What is 3, and other than the first release by Grassley, are there separate videos for the other 2? I’m having a bit of a Vinny Barbarino moment with these videos (“I’m so confused!”)

True, the left arm is more telling.
But this kind of lip part on his upper right arm I can see with both guys, taking into account the different angles.

Both pictures showing the very same David Tedeski.

He also says crooks turned and aimed his weapon at him. When crooks was already dead.

@vegaspatriot , at 5:45, about that “Nicol texted photo to S”… who or what is S? Where does this info come from? EDIT: nevermind, I know what you mean:

Senate report: “At approximately 5:45 pm, the USSS Counter Sniper Team Leader received text messages from a local sniper regarding an individual near the AGR building with a rangefinder looking toward the stage. 253 The text messages included two pictures of Crooks.254 Within a minute, the USSS Counter Sniper Team Leader responded, “Roger. I’ll notify teams on AGR side.”255 Then, at 5:52 pm, the USSS Counter Sniper Team Leader emailed the USSS counter snipers the information he received from the local sniper, regarding an individual with a rangefinder near the AGR building:2”

No, he died at 18:25 approx.

But I don’t think Crooks had to turn. He saw the police cars comming. I guess he waited for the contact. And it happened as he expected.

I have been reading your work on here for some time now, and i am very impressed with all your work, and the way it is presented. I do not know if you have or planning to ID Butler Township officers, i have managed to ID a lot of them now. Sorry, i know you like to have the links to the photos, i did not think to keep a record of the links with the photos. Keep up the good work, i think it is very important to ID them. There was one person at the rally in a secret service uniform imposter. I think there are a few more.
