How common is it to shoot at somebody at a rally?
My assumption is he got “substituted” by this guy. Not sure though who drove the UTV and how they handled it with the key.
I don’t think he was on the roof bc there we’d probably see him in some of the livestreams. To my knowledge there’s also no proof he was in the stands.
Somebody can be seen in the western grandstands in the full RSBN livestream (there’s a post somewhere). Not on the roof, in the stands. Should be Ben Shaffer (watch his testimony with Dan Bongino and Eric Price) but if Wagner also was there or not is unknown.

They key was a hiccup in my thoughts. I mean you would not want to leave it in the ignition, probably don’t want duplicate keys on each member, a proximity key push button style system or something may have been used, I don’t really know. Maybe I’ll look into specs on Bearcats and other tac vehicles when I get a chance…
I thought so too. It doesn’t make sense to me to have a counter sniper asset in a location that can’t provide any benefit here. And we happen to see counter snipers handicapped across the board…
It was first released by Guided on his YT channel. He did a previous video where his brother described seeing an ESU team driving to the west grandstand. I didn’t save the link, and YT won’t show it in my search anymore. Hopefully his channel didn’t get taken down on him.
