So It's Back To First Principles

I ordered my Bulletproof book but it said 8-12 days for shipping! Ugh…We might have everything figured out by then😂

Good catch! My guess, she was there to talk about them going to the hospital. The motorcade pulled out from 18:14 to 18:16, and the AR400 pulled out at 18:24. Your thoughts? Does that appear to be what she might be doing in the video segment?

I wouldn’t doubt the purpose of this get together would be to hash out plans quickly pertaining to the hospital. Realistically, that is what they ought to be discussing.

Red outlines AR400, Blue SQ200, Yellow is approx area in which they are meeting.

Unfortunately, this is from the Pearson cam, has no audio, so I cannot tell what she is saying, and they appear only very briefly on footage in the same vicinity as backpack guy with funny antenna on Pearson’s jog back to his car for Caution tape, which we know saved countless lives that day. I can speculate as to this being the purpose, but I really haven’t much to go on aside from it being a meeting between the two armors including operators and this SS agent, and logically speaking that is what they should be discussing, direct action plans, the hospital, AGR, relevent things.

There may have been a coin toss in there somewhere as well.

So Murcko was actually first to spot patsy. So he was in the vicinity with Greg but must have been a wall between them if they had to walk over or call to talk. But, with the windows open he should have heard the crowd and also see them turn. Where is the message about leaving post to look for suspect? You would say “I’m going out. Cover me.” They both saw Crooks studying them and their windows…so obviously it is probably safe to leave the windows, post, and high vantage points wide open…(sarc)
Remember none of us knew anything about Murcko because he was hidden and silenced? Now he is corroborating Gregs account. But no one asked him any of these questions? We have to wait to see full testimony? Isn’t it convenient to just release excerpts and pieces to get reaction and info instead of giving a full testimony? Unbelievable.

After reading it all their statements 3 times more questions arise,
like there is no detailed account from 6:00pm to 6:14pm on exactly where & what Nicols & Murko were doing and thinking. We need a detailed account to be taken.
Why didn’t they look out the windows over Building 6?
Nicols gets the time wrong & says 6:06-6:07 when Crooks disappeared round the corner with his backpack.
Nicol: “So at about 6:06, 6:07-ish, as I was moving around the building that I was in, I seen Crooks. And when I looked out, I noticed that Crooks was standing out beside that picnic table and there was a backpack sitting on the ground.”
He’s already on the roof!! Obviously he’s lost in a web of lies.
Nicols never went down the stairs to door 13 & met 2 LEOs.
Greg Smith confirms that he saw a sniper with a sleeve tattoo looking out the western window while they where yelling & pointing at Crooks on the roof. Obviously Nicols

There are clearly segments of time missing from these excerpts, times and events that were included in other interviews. Case in point, the Door 13 event. Just because it’s not included in these excerpts, does not mean it didn’t occur. That would be investigative negligence to make that assumption.

There is clearly a lot of testimony not included in this interim report, judging by the transcript page references listed in the footnotes. Those references range from page “40” to page “182,” for Nicol, as follows:

On Page 37 - Footnote 94: “Beaver ESU Witness 3, Transcribed Interview Before the Task Force on the Attempted Assassination of Donald J. Trump, 40 (Sept. 12, 2024) (on file with the Task Force).”

On Page 43 - Footnote 117: “Beaver ESU Witness 3, Transcribed Interview Before the Task Force on the Attempted Assassination of Donald J. Trump, 166, 182 (Sept.11, 2024) (on file with the Task Force).”

Those transcripts would most certainly be a single document for just Nicol’s transcripts, since transcribed interviews or testimonies are single records thus single documents for each interview. For comparison, look at the USSS Lead Agent’s transcribed interview from the HSGAC investigation. It is separate from all of the other transcripts and is 182 pages long. Now, transcriptions include all of the questions asked, as well, but if you estimate 50% is questions and 50% is responses, that would be approximately 91 pages for each. To be fair, though, we should subtract a certain number of pages for introductions and preliminaries. In the Lead Advance Agent’s transcripts, that was 14 pages. Assuming the same for Nicol would be a conservative estimate. That would mean 168 pages of actual Q&A, thus approximately 84 pages of responses.

Edit: Upon further thought, we should also consider the fact that a portion of responses would be Yes/No response compared to the lengthier question. The reverse is also true in many cases, but let’s drop the percentage of response pages down to one-third anyways. That would result in approximately 55 pages worth of Nicol’s responses. Now, how many pages are there in the interim report? That would be 53 pages.

The Devil is in the details!

Now consider this footnote 75 statement on page 31. “In his interview with the Task Force, Beaver ESU Witness 3 seemed to recall first seeing the rangefinder several minutes later, perhaps after 5:30, but contemporaneous messages in possession of the Task Force that are described in this report indicate that the rangefinder was known to Butler ESU Witness 4 no later than 5:15 PM, suggesting that Beaver ESU Witness 3 had likely informed Butler ESU Witness 4 of the rangefinder by that time.”

That is a good example of conflicting testimony that the investigators had to try and resolve or reconcile. Trust me, it happens all the time during investigations due to the fallibility of human memory, wittingly or unwittingly.

Great job! I did not even think about checking footnotes for additional pages of testimony. Good estimation of how many pages. So, you are telling that is pretty much all we are going to get?!
I guess perhaps my disbelief is not so much with the bits and scattered pieces (imo), but rather with the incomplete questions being asked.

I would like to think we’ll get the entire transcripts with the final report, though the HSGAC released the full transcripts of the interviews they conducted to date with their interim report. The DHS Independent Review panel didn’t release transcripts either. “During this time, the Panel conducted fifty-eight multi-hour interviews of individuals from the Secret Service, federal, state, and local law enforcement, as well as relevant third-party entities and institutions.” But then again, I would expect nothing less from the likes of Janet Napolitano.

I suppose that’s the best we’ll get for now.

This task force does not aim to find out the truth. It is just producing more garbage data to further reduce the number of people involved in the case.

The task force apparently wasn’t interested in where Nicol and Murcko were when Crooks was on the roof.

That’s all you need to know.

Before I forget this thought I’m going to share it.
Herc2 said they were watching AGR. He said he watched 2 white vehicles pull up and saw an officer. Did he (or any of the other 3 Hercs) see Nicols come out door 13 and the 2 LEOs talking?

Good question, but we have evidence that can help us see if it’s possible. (I’ll likely add this to my next revision to my Door 9 & 13 analysis.)

With Door 13 being on the north side of the 2-story building they wouldn’t have line of sight if Nicol just pushed open the door as was stated.

If he walked out onto the west parking lot far enough to speak with them, Hercules 1 would be able to see them, as seen in this screenshot from atop the south barn.

Hercules 2 may have had trees in the line of site if Nicol went out to the parking lot, but they could probably see people moving through the trees like they did in the east lot, which had bigger, thicker trees.

Hercules 1, however, didn’t turn to look north until 6:09 pm, 6 minutes after the door 13 event.

Hercules 2 could have likely seen the 2 patrolmen even if Nicol didn’t exit the door.

I am in the process of reviewing all of the new evidence from the two latest investigations, and coincidentally have just gotten to the 6:02 time in one of them. There was also the DJT Detail Counter Sniper Response Agent (CAT in the AAR, Josh Box), and the protective Intelligence Agent walking around looking for Crooks before the Door 13 event. Problem is, they were looking in the inner perimeter.

And, @redranamber, here is that evidence I was looking for. It wasn’t a PSP or Sheriff’s Deputy like I thought.

“5:59 PM: At approximately this time, the Countersniper Response Agent and Protective Intelligence Agent encounter one another as they are both independently searching for Crooks within the inner perimeter; they coordinate their areas of search and resume searching.” Page ix of the Independent Review Panel Report.

There was someone who was very interested in knowing that, USSS Acting Director Rowe. He got quite heated up about it during the congressional hearing when he showed the view from an open window. But then again he was the only one trying to put the blame on the locals. Everyone else’s agenda is to put all the blame on the USSS.

Does anyone know how this photo was taken 10 minutes before the attack?

From the kindle sample of Posobiec’s book Bulletproof.

I’m not seeing the motorcade vehicles parked SW of the south barn, or LE escort vehicles in the FOP parking lot. (See 18:09 screenshot below,) If it’s 10 minutes before anything, it would be before Trump arrives. However, the crowd size looks too small, unless the image is just blurred west of the media stand. I don’t see a line of attendees near the entrance, so maybe the crowd is blurred. There are likely more clues to the time based on location of vehicles.

Posobiec cites “Designism” as the source in his book. I couldn’t find anything on this.

The photo must have been taken either with a drone or from a helicopter, or were there other possibilities?
