It sounded like Shaffer was talking about a separate channel on a BuC ESU radio during hie testimony.
2:33:04 - “We start out in a in a primary role which would have been our radios that day, communicating on a designated Channel amongst all the Tactical operators because we were in support of the host agency which would have been the Butler Emergency Services Unit we also were running a secondary channel that was our local Washington Regional SWAT team channel.” (Source: Ben Shaffer Testimony - Congressional Forum)
I don’t believe Shaffer is currently working for a police department, he’s an instructor, just the regional SWAT team. Huminsky works for the North Stratbane Twp police. Two other police departments are also represented on the WRSWAT Team. So, it’s most likely another channel on the BuC radios. Possibly PD Ops 5, since the Sheriff’s had their own channel.
Who is that guy with a gun in hand near the woman injured?
Do we know how she was injured and by what?
Where is it exactly?
Is it possible that what we identified as shot 10 was fired in the crowd to this woman and that the cries we hear just after shot 10 are from her?
And as the Counter Snipers on the roof use a silencer we didn’t hear their shot?
This looks like the FBI might have been surveying the distance across the field to the Sheetz gas station seen on the right hand side. If so, this would support my inference that Crooks walked that path to go get his car that AP reported he initially parked at Sheetz, then drove it back to park it across the street of the AGR main entrance during the 20 minutes Nicol lost sight of him. Then he grabs his backpack and rifle from the trunk and walks back onto the AGR property, gets seen on the AGR surveillance camera per FBI getting on the roof.
This is the Butler County ESU PA command center trailer photographed at the rally. The image you showed is Beaver County Ohio. I ran across their website and Facebook accounts many times during my searches, which can be confusing.
As I identified the PA State Constables as using the 6- and 7-point stars before, here in footage of the 10-5 Butler Rally is an example of Sheriffs adorned with 7-point stars.
I’m not sure which is which yet. And if we compare bald guys, I’m still not really sure if we get a match. Chin/jaw area seems a bit off to me, and the rest is hard to tell or blocked by sunglasses or a hat.
Nice! I’m not sure either though. Looks close but the one with hat/sunglasses, his face looks thinner with sharper jawline. However, that could be the angle.
Here is the source you requested for that last pic.
