I’m not so sure that’s all that telling. I recall in Las Vegas having a large section of a major highway shut down for hours until then Pres. Trump left town. It was a section from the venue to the airport connector, if I recall, but am not sure if the route to a hospital was shutdown. There were sides street to the nearest hospital.
He had to cross those double yellow lines.
Meridian, specifically North of Pinecrest, is the road connecting Brady Paul, Sheetz, the water tower, AGR, Evan’s City Rd, nearly everything involved in this, so not only the most direct route to BMH but the most direct route to everything. Perhaps not a specific tell, but definitely interesting I think.
And thank you for that RC timeline update @vegaspatriot! (Will BOLO for that missing segment!)
Posting up the full radio transcript logs 18:06 -18:14
18:11:22 Who’s Ops 4 sniper? Sulerud, where is he located?
18:12:29 Murco dosent know where Nicol is??? WTF
18:12:53 Nicol answers, 4’s 10-4
18:13:30 Nicol exits Door 9
You found him, he wasn’t a sniper,
he was on the snipers PD Ops 4 radio channel.
QRF = Quick Reaction Force
For future reference, the Butler County ESU radios had 3 channels as follows:
The PD Ops 4 channels was for all ESU, including counter snipers, counter assault teams, and quick reactionary forces.
The PD Ops 3 channel was for traffic control police, most if not all from Butler Township.
The third channel was for Sheriff’s deputies.
Command 100, I assume to be either Denny Crawford of Jonathan Schaffner, though I lean towards Crawford as he is Tac Ops Command whereas Schaffner is CAT #1.
Except 3 and 4 are mixed up, 3 for traffic, 4 for ESU.
Edit: And with a Schaffner hit we have most likely Crawford at Command 100.
Shh! You didn’t see that.
That’s a fair assumption, since Shane is listed by name. Crawford was also involved in the email exchange between Nicol, Priolo, and Command.
And since it’s PD Ops 3…I mean 4, it wouldn’t be Mikulan, the one listed as “Command” in this list in the BuC Detail plan, since he’s listed by name as well.
There appear to be two separate Radio ID#s for 63Sierra. Might we have a second Sierra unit in the WRSWAT? Huminsky perhaps?
Also, 63S6 implies 6 snipers, whereas we have 5 accounted for.
I think you might be reading too much into the numbers. BuC has CS’s 10S1 and 10S3, but no 10S2. All other county code 63 operators don’t appear to have numbers, just the county code and their last name. Granted, BeC has a 4S1 and 4S2 with just 2 CS’s, but that doesn’t necessarily mean there are 3 BuC and 6 WRSWAT CS’s.
The 6 could just be B. Shaffer is WRSWAT member number 6. IOW, the number is not connected to or associated with the Sierra.
BTW, in answer to your earlier question, the 13:54:56 confirms BuC CS’s did meet with the USSS.
Indeed, I may be reading into the numbering too much on the S6, but that still leaves us with two radios, ID’d as 100407 and 100408, both calling out as Sierra.
Hmm. I would assume Ben Shaffer had 100407 because he knew what BuC CS’s were doing, likely because Wagner told him. Who had 100408, 63S6/63Shaffer? That might be Matthew Shaffer, and maybe he used S6 to differentiate himself from his brother due to the same last name. Aha! That was a mini Aha moment right there.
Come to think of it. In his testimony before the Congressional Forum, Ben Shaffer mentioned he had a teammate with him. This radio call suggests that was Huminsky. That would make Ben Shaffer 63sierra1 command.
The response,”63sierra’s are good,” means both of them. Perhaps they only had one radio between them, or perhaps Huminsky had radio ID 100407, and Ben Shaffer had radio ID 100408 and included 63 Shaffer to distinguish which 63sierra was talking. If they were together, Huminsky would also know that BuC CS’s were meeting with the USSS. Aha!
Oh, and Ben Shaffer also testified that WRSWAT had a separate channel just for their team. I’m sure they would have used that to communicate between themselves, rather than PD Ops 4.
I’m pretty sure he did speak for a little bit. He’s a state senator or representative. He previously was a medic in the military, and so he and the ER doctor tried to help keep Cory Comperatore alive.
RSBN previously had the entire rally up on their website, but I think only the shorter version is available now.
It’s still there. It’s under Live, not Videos I believe.
Just a SWAG. I would think that teams other than BuC would have their regular radios, in addition to the ones supplied by BuC ESU. If so there should be another ‘Coms’ log outside of the BuC logs.
