Butler Pennsylvania I read something about a ladder he used a ladder to get up up on

Very old ‘news’, but do you know if AGR6’s southside ‘center’ window(3rd window from SE corner) was claimed to be closed, or even not openable?
I searched this thread for ‘window’ and found claims in August, that the window east of the 4th ventilation duct had been open at 18:10:31, and even that the FBI had ‘cloned’ that window shut, in later frames of the Stewart video.
