As for Kristin, I got Phoenix from the Task Force Final Report (Page 14.) Fresno sure fits for the office she transferred to. She was with the USSS since May 2003, though not always at the Fresno Field Office as her LinkedIn profile states.

You didn’t think I was going to leave Roy just hanging there, did you? He had to fit in somewhere, and I think Clowser told us where in his HSGAC testimony (Page 16.)
Clowser may have been referring to Luongo on page 101 of his Task Force transcript, but I haven’t found another reference to him in Clowser’s testimony yet. There has to be one, though, based on the reference to him in the question.

Rangefinder hunting:

At least four news outlets independently reported that local police officers observed the patsy acting suspiciously at the magnetometers, and/or
received complaints from rally goers of the same, and that the Secret Service was informed about it.
The USSS operated the magnetometers and should have observed the patsy first hand.
It is confusing. That one hour is missing from radio log.
After Zaliponi’s transmission there was a small discussion - but he testified that he newer saw that range finder.
From other hand - magnetometers operated by secret service - and they do not have a radio log, it was not recorded.

It’s not surprising to me that Zaliponi did not see Crooks using the rangefinder. For starters, I do not believe he was tracking Crooks full time. Then there is slight slope just southwest of AGR 6 that likely may have blocked Zaliponi’s view of the retaining wall near where Crooks was observed using it by Nicol.

The first one here is in VP’s Research Tools, P15 Misc. Videos, BuC ESU Observing AGR. The second one is from earlier in that same thread on X, a similar video of ESU observing AGR. Timestamp of 1st video is claimed to be 17:49, second video Chris Nolan’s got a timestamp of 5:11:47 based on background music and a compilation video of his with running timestamp. I wish these clips were longer. But that is quite a chunk of time to be set up at the gate there. QRF, Troopers, and even SSA Kristen and Trooper Taylor make an appearance. I wonder if the uniformed trooper seen in the one with Kristen and Taylor is the same uniformed trooper they picked up and rolled around with?

Oh no! Not moar slopes! 
I can’t really tell, but I think if this red boom truck weren’t in the way we could possibly see the retaining wall. It’s hard to be sure.
Pearson can almost see it, though it does look like the slopedness and it being lower does keep it from view…

In the Pearson screenshot you can definitely see the retaining wall. The top of it is above the midway point of the first floor window. Going by Nicol’s testimony (page 108), he was sitting on it (Nicol referred to it as a “stoop”) when he pulled the rangefinder out. So, Zaliponi likely could have seen Crooks using it, if he was looking in that direction at that time, but he clearly wasn’t.
