Maybe the CS teams climbed up the roof only after the Elvis clip - so when TMC was reconning the area there were no CS on the barn tops. Interesting possibility.
Another update to add the USSS agent @redranamber identified, and to correct USSS security room supervisor’s name to Jeffrey Burr, thanks to Nikita on X.com. Thanks, Nikita! Corrections are much appreciated.
To be honest, @redranamber, I saw that image and assumed it was a Sheriff by the logo on the screenshot, and didn’t open the article to read the caption. Thanks for calling it out.
While they do look similar, Clowser was from the Pittsburgh Field Office and is no longer with the Secret Service. Clowser was named in the BuC Detail plan as the Intrelligence agent, as well, Luongo was not. That, along with statements about his whereabouts in his testimony and Site PI Kristen’s convinces me the grey suit agent is Clowser.
Now that got my attention…great find! I think you’re right.
Remember when I said I never made the connection with blue suit guy seen south of the stage in the Mia Kopps video and the fit white shirt guy in front of AGR? Well, now I have to reread the Site PI and Clowser’s testimonies again to see if the Chase C. fits those same locations described. The first being walking from the motorcade when it arrived, since Clowser did drive in the motorcade from the airport. Being south of the stage after the shooting sure fits.
There’s been a few things that have made me wonder as to if Clowser were grey suit vs. blue suit, even before I realized he was the same suit as in the Mia Kopps footage (I always considered his too dark to truly call it blue, until connecting it there). They always struck me as a working pair, one usually not seen without the other, and strikingly it always seemed to me that blue suit was in charge, with grey suit in tow. And to clinch it for me, blue suit can be seen by the open driver’s door of their vehicle as Pearson catches them near the FOP, as Clowser claimed to have driven the vehicle in the motorcade and then was subsequently ‘left behind’ from the motorcade, but retained his vehicle.
Also, in terms of when the motorcade arrived, we may not immediately pick him up, even in proximity to the other, as he had to assist rearranging the motorcade, per his testimony.
