Wow Chris, a tour de force as expected. For me it raises some thoughts:
If Robinson was not the shooter, he is the patsy, in which case:
a) how come he is still alive?..it will be v interesting to see if he fails to have the evidence against him tendered in court. Its probably too high risk now for him to be Jack Ruby’d or Epsteined, so the only option left is for him to plead guilty prior, Martin Bryant style.
b) If its a conspiracy, the real shooter must be a professional - in which case, why is it such a poor shot … an inch or 2 to the right might have been survivable. Surely a pro would aim centre of mass unless body armour being worn (a spotter could answer this) or if suspected, a head shot.
c) if a conspiracy, why are the ‘Robinson dunnit’ breadcrumbs so inept - the text messages, the surveillance vids.
regarding the ‘no autopsy because the Dr at the hospital signed off pn the cause of death’… WTFF!!! I am a (covid cancelled) MD from Australia and we CANNOT do that unless a routine natural death. And even if I tried, the coroner would NOT accept that and a PM would be done. I would be v interested to know
a) was there a PM or not
b) has the body been destroyed already? … and if it has, has an intact 30 calibre magic bullet been retained - you know, the one found magically down the back of the couch at the hospital?
I’m certainly not a marksman so i’m just going by commonsense but the angle and precision in the single kill shot would lead me to believe the person who shot and killed Charlie Kirk was highly trained and a pro.
Tyler Robinson just strikes me as a patsy. His unstable life would not match someone with that kind of sniper skills. I’m leaning on Israel having something to do with his murder, especially since Israel’s Crime Boss, BiBi Netanyahu had to tell the world, twice that Israel had nothing to do with Kirk’s murder.
A great analysis, which will help me figure out which clickbait theories to ignore and which to remain “open” about contemplating. Still lots of missing data. I hope more people come forward with videos and information to help you check off more of those question marks.
I am parsing through the info and trying to understand what happened. I want to know more about the cartridge used for the “kill” and the details about the rifle.
The first thing that I would figure out is if this was factory ammo or a hand loaded cartridge. This is important because it will give you a starting point. Factory loaded ammo is boring and does not have muck variety compared to hand loaded stuff. What bullets were used? Was it a hunting bullet like a Hornady 150/165 grain SST, a 150 grain FMJ (target practice), or a precision bullet such as a 168 grain Amax. I will also note that I expect all of these to be lethal when shot from a 30-06.
I want to know more about the rifle. Was what the barrel length of the rifle? What was the “first” zero set to for the optic?
When I saw a video of the incident, I originally thought it was a Winchester 270. The entry hole was for sure larger than what a 0.224" bullet would make. I was not surprised when the government alleged that a “Mauser” 30-06 was used. When I think of “Mauser”, I do not think of the brand. I think about the controlled feed design used in bolt action rifles. These style actions are more expensive to machine and not usually in new consumer grade stuff. Ruger uses the controlled feed design in their M77 and Gun Scout Rifles.
The 30-06 is a good choice for the end goal. The Winchester 270 would have been slightly better if the goal were to deliver as much energy on target without having to adjust the point of aim for wind, elevation differences, or bullet drop.
If hand loaded ammo were used, things get a lot more complicated. I have collected hundreds of Winchester 270 cases over the last few years despite not owning anything chambered in Winchester 270. I collected these cases and ran them all through a 30-06 full length resizing dies. I then had to trim the neck by about 0.046". I use these cases to make cartridges to feed my M1 Garand. Never look at the head stamp without measuring the case and comparing it to cartridges other than what is stamped into the head of the case.
The above pictures are simply there to show how much confusion can be made with the choice of ammo. I cranked out this cartridge using a Winchester 270 case, a Hornady 0.308" 165 grain SST, and 44.0 grains of the H4895 powder.
I want to see the “exit” hole on the autopsy. I have seen bullets do some odd things and act completely unpredictable when I have shot of ballistic targets at the range.
The bullet energy is not what needs to be focused on. It is far better to figure out how much energy is actually deposited in the target. Trump is alive because the bullet grazed his ear and did not dump a lot of energy into his head. A 0.308" FMJ bullet will not deform much in soft tissue before it exits. You can hit the same target with a soft point or hollow point and it will behave completely different.
No he’s theorizing he was born Austin dean Robinson - if you click through his hypothesis thread he goes through the name… hes out there tracking vital records stuff down apparently
Lots of zone flooding in the pizza? Huh. That is so weird because it is EXACTLY what the CIA does on public, daylight covert ops: purposely make too much conflicting information available to confuse everyone about what really happened and what they thought they saw. Kind of like, I don’t know, I’m channeling Butler, PA, autopens, and October 7th for some reason. Must just be a coincident.
I wish someone would make an open source cell phone program that would record your exact location and time using GPS. The data would be only available on the phone or if the owner deliberately exported it from the phone. The GPS data plus a media file would then contain lots of useful data. It could also be used to give a general direction of travel for the bullet if the media file recorded the “buzzing bee” noise, the change in “buzzing” noise due to the doppler affect, and the temporal difference between the buzz of the bullet passing by with the report of the rifle.
The program must not use the phone’s clock. This would give us a good “fix” on position and time. Assuming there were four or more precise and accurate data sets of the same “sound”, it would be fairly easy to draw many hyperbolic “surfaces” between each phone to give a “fix” on the source of the sound.
The use of GPS time is critical here because the system relies on ground based atomic clocks for periodic synchronizations and cesium or rubidium atomic clocks on board each satellite. The GPS satellites use Quasars at the centers of distant galaxies to figure out there own positions as they orbit the Earth. These quasars are perfect because they do not have an observable change in position compared to other objects inside our own galaxy and they are extremely bright.
Why did Candace Owen’s see this video and no one else? (Or am I mistaken?) Has she released this video to others? Wasn’t it Charlie’s security that immediately took down the rear camera to secure the SD card? Did they doctor this video?
BTW Didn’t the shadow from the claimed shooter disappear a frame or two before reaching the white roofing?
If they didn’t do an autopsy how did they know there was a bullet “under his skin”? Would X-ray have been part of the autopsy process? Where does “under the skin” mean anyway? Eg neck, thorax, where?
Candace knows the TPUSA staff and she persuaded one of them to let her view the footage from the camera behind Charlie. He wouldn’t send her a copy though.
I just now thought of this. The 30-06 or Winchester 308 can shoot the .224" accelerator bullets used in the saboted light armor penetrator (aka S.L.A.P.)
These bullets are sabots with a 0.308" diameter and a place to put a 0.224" bullet. They leave the muzzle above 4,000 fps. The sectional density of the bullet and high velocity allows it to go down range quickly before gravity pulls it into the ground. The sabot separates from the smaller bullet upon leaving the barrel.
These SLAP rounds were a factory option many years ago. You have to find an unopened box of bullets that are still around or 3-D print your own to use them.
If Charlie were hit by a high grain .224" bullet shot from a 30-06, that might explain the odd facts of this case. Anthony Huber (skater boy) took a 0.224" bullet to the chest and the coroner found the bullet during the autopsy far from the entrance wound.
For safety reasons, these SLAP rounds are not compatible with barrels that have muzzle devices.
You mentioned that Charlie’s chair was positioned under the center of the tent.
Wouldn’t the roof of the tent have obstructed the assassin’s sightline if the vertical angle had been greater? How high was the roof edge on this tent and what are the dimensions of the tent?
Chris, have a look at this video below and see it was the mic cable causing Charlie’s shirt to puff up like it did, you can see the cable causing it to happen. Great resolution.
Great analysis. As I write this, I am glad to see that this video is going at least semi-viral. Hopefully, it goes fully viral soon (1M+ views).
I was leaning towards exactly this theory - of a bullet coming in at a larger angle and burrowing into his chest.
I had entertained the bullet-from-the-back theory which Youtuber RangeDayBro posted a few days back. That theory could only make sense if it was a small-caliber round which didn’t cause cavitation. But even then, it doesn’t account for the sheer violence of the jolt which Charlie experienced in the upper body and neck. And it doesn’t account for the necklace breaking off and popping up with such speed.
I had also briefly entertained the idea of his microphone exploding (just like the pager-explosives which were distributed to Hamas leaders in Sept 2024 and then detonated remotely by Israel.) But if the microphone exploded, surely his T-shirt would be ripped to shreds at the site of the explosion? And surely there would be blood stains? Also, the black microphone piece would not have stayed on his shirt. It would surely have blown away. It appears that the microphone stayed intact throughout the incident.
Someone on Youtube posted raw footage of the entire event. The video features some footage from angles which might prove valuable in this investigation:
The fatal shot was fired at about the 19 minute mark. The roofline where Chris suspects the fatal shot came from is just about visible behind the trees. I don’t see any shooter there. My own feeling is that the bullet came in from an even larger angle, maybe 70-80 degrees, meaning that the real shooter could be on yet another rooftop, perhaps some distance away from Charlie.
At about the 26:30 timstamp, we get a first-person view of what the setup looks like from the lower area looking towards the roof area where the fatal shot likely came from; it’s useful for visualizing the possible positions that the hidden sniper could have taken. The area that Chris suspects as being the real shooter’s location is in fact behind a tree. This may have helped conceal the shooter while he took the shot.

ASIDE: The person filming this video stopped to interview some students at about the 15m mark. They talked a little about politics and hot-button issues. It’s sad to see how brainwashed youngsters are even in the heart of Red-state America.
They could, but the site of the most significant cavitation appears to be his chest area, NOT his neck area. For this reason alone, the 30.06 coming in at the 10 degree angle needs to be ruled out.
When there is no exit wound, the entrance wound might be bigger - I guess.
If there’s no exit wound, this means the bullet is still inside the body, and it may not have passed through the skin and tissues cleanly. In some cases, the bullet could create more damage or stretching around the entrance wound, which might give the impression of a larger wound.
In summary, your reasoning is partly correct—if the bullet stays inside the body, it could cause an unusually large entrance wound due to the nature of the impact. But it’s always a good idea to remember that autopsies look at the trajectory, tissue damage, and wound characteristics to determine the full story.
