Same here. I went to the County Treasurer’s office yesterday to pay property taxes and asked the clerk whether she’d heard about the $9 billion HHS fraud in Minnesota. Blank look, shake of head.
I mentioned it to our farm apprentices in a meeting yesterday. One of them said doubtfully, “Is that true? I’ll have to look into it.”
I’ve emailed links to family members. Crickets.
Perhaps people don’t want to know because (we believe) there’s not a damn thing we can do about it.

That the Somali elite (those suitcases full of money being sent home on airplanes) to purchase “Somaliland”, intended to be used as a resettlement area for the soon to be exiled Palestinians.

Lots of talk about a tax strike. I am sure that this comes out of frustration and impotence. However, cooler heads point out that they will arrest you, and the politicians and Somali’s will continue on.

Massachussetts coming in at over 48,000. Im hearing alot of Somalis have moved into Springfield and Worcester area. Anecdotally ive seen a change in the ethnic diversity when i go grocery shopping in the last 2 years. But i dont otherwise see it in my everyday life, ie work or going to restaurants and such. I know Gov. Healy and Boston mayor Wu have done a great job of blocking our state auditor of auditing anything. Wonder why…?

It occurs to me that actually attempting to knock off Putin is a mark of desperation. It could well be an indication that Zelensky is on his last legs, and this is all “they” have left, and since it didn’t happen…they have little to nothing left to work with.

My personal experience with one source, I highly suspect they don’t actually have “your” metal in their hot little safe. I’ve posted the story before. Don’t recall the company name.
PSLV is a paper holding of silver, that claims to be 97(?)% invested in silver.
A friend uses a guy in Montana, I don’t have the company name available, and he believes the guy is completely legit and was even shown HIS metals on a shelf in the safe.
