If you are filtering your water and using reverse osmosis or distillation, most if not all of the vital minerals get remove from your drinking water source.  To replenish them, I use and recommend ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Drops.  Gives this type of water a better quality taste.  I especially like adding a few extra drops in my glasses of water while working in the hot garden.

I started on the ConcenTrace trace mineral product but noticed it dropped my urine pH well below 7 (test 3-4 hours after eating).  The cause was the Chloride.  I switched to ColloidaLife Trace Minerals to correct that problem.   I also supplement most days with Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium powders ('Now' brand).   Look up 'Acidosis' and 'Gap Junctions' and 'Connexins'.   Waves of grain is killing us.
