Starting December, all eligible men will automatically be registered for the draft. Once those who are eligible start actually getting called up, the exodus will begin. Either Trump will just lie about it happening or expect a doozy of a false flag.
When the Soviet Union collapsed there were clear alternatives for its citizens. Now for Americans, it seems much more murky about where to go. I don’t see the BRICS as some bastion of freedom and opportunity. Or draft dodgers running to Canada?! The whole world plays a role in an interconnected system of energy and goods. That’s the problem.

Canada is common trope in tv series that US folks escape there when something happens in US. However better to check any contracts and agreements if Canada would simply block access or return those via canadian ICE back to US authorities. This is totally possible, just liberal leaders pretend their hands are tied when plans go exactly as they intended (illegals crossing border).
Also same country can allows illegals (eg germany, france) but return say ukrainians trying to avoid draft, if these countries agreed this and this is in benefit of germany and france(they could theoretically take all russian draft escapees to diminish russian troop sizes).
