After carefully analyzing the data, considering the times corrections for shot 10 proposed by @greg_n, I can definitely say that all shots from 1 to 8 came from Crooks position.
Here is the map of medium error for predicted positions of shot 9 and 10 on Crooks position.
The minimal error is very close to Crooks position. And in the hypothetical scenario we consider position X (the location with minimal error) as the shooter, the location for shot 9 and 10 cames way off the positions the snippers on roof of the south barn and the position the SWAT officer. Therefore, to believe the shots 1 to 8 came from another position implies that shot 9 and 10 came from odd places that do not fit with reality.
The cause of the error not been optimal at Crooks location derived from measurment errors for positions and times, sound speed estimation and possible sound diffractions in some cases.
