Bad News, The Problems Are Bigger Than Trump

The standard belief is that the new beings will not even see us as a life form and we will be destroyed.

But even lowly earthlings saw the need for a Prime Directive.

I cannot fathom a society that achieves intergalactic travel and the science that gets them there, to become Pirates. They will more likely avoid us or simply nudge us as a parent does with a toddler.

Maybe I am just naive. But a drive to explore space with high tech and high risks… Because you never know what you are going to run into. There may just be a bigger and more powerful race out ahead of you.

Happy New Year.

Here in Alberta, Canada they are “banned” in schools.

The govt here is also pushing for a ban on the transgender surgery/hormone treatments of minors.

The first thing generated almost no pushback. The second has generated “some pushback” but I think they are gonna pass the law soon.

Alberta is going for a “Florida/Texas of Canada” thing. If it can happen here, it could happen where you live too.

A few things…

As for the horrendous Satanic thing about the boy’s body, my only thought is: this is the enemy. Know thy enemy. It just gives me more resolve to fight and to make zero concessions.

As for mind virus: my doc who I previously respected and saw for 20 years, and was a friend, went utterly psycho on me during Covidland. I won’t get into the details, but I had to find a new doc.

Family members who are captured. I’ll tell you how I handle my son, who got 3 shots and voted for Newsom when he lived in Cali…I won’t stop speaking truth to him and I do it in a direct, not watered-down way. He has made progress. People can be deprogrammed. But be careful not to overplay your cards.

What do Freud, Bernays and the guy who helped start Netflix all have in common?

…I will say, I’m in a precarious position with my son when it comes to the shots because he was instrumental in getting my in-laws to take them and my father in law died shortly after. So it’s like being pro-life and talking to a woman who’s had an abortion. It’s really tough to do. I choose my words very carefully on that one.

We’re all living in the fallout of a cultural catastrophe.

No kidding. Corporate hiring need to do better too. I worked with a 4.0 Phd engineer, who could not get out of a wet paper bag with a lit exit sign. As I was coming to the end of my career, my major corp employer was cutting the experienced engineers and other experienced staff left and right. I still pay attention to how the corp is doing, and have multiple friends still working there. It’s an unmitigated freaking epic disaster.

It’s only going to get worse. We are free to the degree that we have massive specialization of work. When we lose specific talents/abilities/machines/technology. We will quickly have to learn to farm. And it takes 3-5 years to build a farm you can actually survive on. Prior to that, you have to fund the process and feed yourself with exogenous dollars.

Very glad I am old!

We do know what happened to Josef Mengele. He died of a heart attack/drowning in Brazil in 1979, but his body was not identified till 1985 and then more definitively in 1992. I remember reading about it in the newspaper, my memory is vague, but it probably was in 92. I remember it also said he worked as an abortionist in South America.

The History Channel series “Hunting Hitler,” which I highly recommend, goes into much more detail about Mengele’s life in South America and many other little-known facts about Nazis after WWII.

Unfortunately there are many who don’t believe virii exist.

I have a hard time listening to them especially if PhD or MD follow their name. I am as narrow minded on this subject as I am about “flat earth”.

Despite having my horizons widened greatly since the summer of 2019, for now, I remain stubborn on these two.

I not too long ago pissed on the same tavern wall that George Washington did on his Pennsylvania Whiskey Rebellion campaign. I’m very proud of that.

I just realized that all this fog brouhaha is either just people overreacting to coincidental weather patterns OR an aerosol release of an infectious agent. We will know in a few weeks if a pandemic outbreak starts in areas where the fog is prevalent.

Collum mentioned a film “Three Identical Strangers.” You have to pay to get it, but here is the same topic on YouTube, about a study on twins started in the 60’s which involved numerous sets of twins/triplets. No useful info ever came out of it, documents were hard to obtain and the result was trauma and 2 suicides…52 min…

2024 has been a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad year for me. I was discharged from the hospital about 8 hours ago for removing an inflamed appendix. I hope you are wrong but I also acknowledge that we have a minimum of 38 years of market distortions from the FED that started in 1987. Note that I said minimum. I don’t think many people know when it really “started” because it started off small and morale hazard quickly expanded it.

I have no doubt that people in power collude. The stupid ones get caught eventually but typically face no serious consequences. Smart people in power typically don’t leave enough evidence behind to prevail against them in court.

long story alert

I bought a small plot of land in a heavily urban environment in 2021. This lot was in the middle of pasture land 40 years ago. It also had a public road going to it in the late 1980s. I purchased it at an auction for unpaid property taxes.

Life happens and plans change. I had to relocate for a job promotion and decided to sell my lot. The land surveyors discovered that it did not have legal access to it during a pre-sale survey. Both state law and appellate case law support my legal position that I am entitled to an easement by necessity. I have spent over $100k so far on this lawsuit.

The HOA denied my request for an easement. The case was decided by a motion for summary judgement. Losing the case was awful. The final order includes an $87k judgement against me for the HOA’s legal fees.

The final order has two legal errors. This left me with two options. My choices were either to accept the loss or start the expensive appeal process by requesting a new trial. The court will hold a hearing on my motion for new trial in mid January.

The legal system failed me. The HOA has deeper pockets than me and is involved in other legal battles before the same judge.

The HOA admitted in their motion for summary judgement that I was entitled to an easement by necessity but it had been extinguished by adverse possession. The case law of my state has a case that specifically says adverse possession cannot extinguish an easement by necessity

I was deposed by the defense and I testified that my land was landlocked. The court determined that this was a “conclusory” statement. The defense submitted an affidavit from an employee of the developer. The employee swore that there was no access to my land when I requested them to remove the barriers blocking me from driving to my property.

Do we have any lawyers here? What amount of mindfuck mental gymnastics is required for a court to issue a final order that contains two serious legal errors?

…There was a lot of confusion and anger that the study was never published. Could it be that it was never meant to be published? The guy in charge when interviewed, was secretive. 3 Letter agency stuff? Or some other elitist entity? The records are held at Yale and Columbia and some are sealed. There is more to this story. And why were Jewish children specifically targeted?

They said the twins were not supposed to bond before separation, but they did let them bond. Was that the actual point? To see what happens when they separate. All the predictable things happened in terms of behavior problems. Mind control study? Was traumatizing them the real purpose?

Not a lawyer, and you may have already thought of this and better ideas:

I am the type of person that wants to have a bunch of questions answer to my satisfaction before I can accept an idea. There is however a huge problem with this idea. What if a person does not have the prerequisite knowledge to understand this advanced knowledge?

thought experiment

How successful would a present day doctor of physics be in teaching Isaac Newton basic quantum mechanics? How would you go about trying to recreate the experiments that disprove other theories? In Newton’s time, experiments used to test the theories of quantum mechanics require technologies that won’t exist for 100+ years? Perhaps this thought experiment is why I scored an 8 on the “quiz”.

How would a person from the “dark ages” react to seeing modernity? We have weapons capable of immense destruction. To them it would appear that humanity had gained the power of a god/gods.

Remember school rumors spread during your high school years? Remember how fast rumors spread? How many ended up being total and complete bullshit?

What state Mongo? Maybe there are people on here who either are or know lawyers in the state in question.

A motion for new trial has been submitted. A hearing for my motion will be conducted next week. I doubt there would be any interest from these groups at this level. Usually cases/matters must get to the appellate courts before these groups would submit amicus briefs.

IJ has pursued cases of civil asset forfeiture (government muggings) under 6 figures for people.

Accept the fact that you will never have enough time or knowledge to understand every theory in depth.

Then the question becomes one of how to deal with experts in another field when you have to and you don’t have the requisite knowledge. You do your best… ask lots of questions. Look for tangible results.

Example: ask a potential financial advisor for his record of returns. Often they come up with excuses for not giving it. Ok that tells me I’m not going to trust you with my money.

Example: you get sick and can’t self-diagnose. So you go to different doctors to get diagnoses. Ask questions. Ask for the record of success. Ask for referrals. Study on the topic as you can.
