The turret tech that may have been used to take the precision shot is a modified version that is currently used jet powered tanks .
Look into the targeting system used in jet powered tanks (similar engine as a jet plane) they are capable of hitting their target while literally going over a jump while still accurately hitting targets miles away. [Most shots need a firm stationary placement; NOT necessary with this tech]
In this case they are using a common object as a ‘turret’ using the same tech.
The tank tech exists and is well known. The 3 documented superfast drones that were in videos may be also apart of the targeting system. Doesn’t have to be a drone just needs anything with line of site capable of 3d mapping.
To be clear with this well known tech that was largely instituted in the first Iraq war and now altered/upgraded using 18billion to create “no working prototype” and can be used on a small, possible handheld scale; you just need a “turret” possibly handheld and a guidance system. This is not a missile it is a projectile. You do not need to look through a site/scope to accurately hit a target with this system.

That whole part of the campus looks to be oriented about 25 degrees off of N/S, so walking along the arrow would be 335 degrees. On a solar calculator, it looks like the sun was at about 165 degrees az at this time on 09/10, so it would throw shadows at 345 degrees, i.e., 10 degrees clockwise from the red arrow. I can believe that for the poles in front of the green car and blue truck.

Multiple witnesses describe the sound as “close.” Interestingly they are in what would be described as a greek amphitheater which by definition is “designed to amplify and direct sound towards the audience.” It would not do that with a sound that occured from over 100 yards away on top of a building outside the amphitheater. It highly suggests that the shot came from within the amphitheater or close as the witnesses all describe, and as their body language individually and as a crowd demonstrates. Some witnesses describe that it was so loud that “their ears rang.”
2 things----I worked in a Coroner’s Office for eleven years, and when the FBI are involved in a high-profile case, you simply CANNOT TRUST any autopsy they release. We also need to identify the man who was seen running from the scene of the crime. This man was captured on video on INSTAGRAM but I couldn’t forward the video. Instagram stopped me from doing this. So I took a photo of him in the video and sent it to Chris. This man looked VERY SUSPICIOUS with a thin leather glove on his right hand and a huge long bag with what looked like a gun strap hanging out of his bag. He threatened the person taking the video, too. He threatened a lawsuit. It was weird.

EDIT: The creation time on his video doesn’t make any sense. (I’m on east coast time). But Charlie was shot around 23 minutes into the hour, not 34 minutes. 1148 seconds into the video is exactly when the gunshot happens.
