Hi btrista7, I personally use the program yt-dlp (fork of youtube-dl) to do Rumble and Youtube downloads. I have Chris’ entire Youtube channel downloaded using the same tool in the event our glorious leadership deems it to be wrongthink and the content becomes unavailable.
If you’d prefer to avoid the program or just need one or two videos, then something like https://videodownloader.so/rumble-video-downloader should work. Just plug in the video URL and it will offer you the download links.
