Negotiations Crumble as Gasoline and Diesel Prices Rise to a National Record

Even as US gasoline and diesel prices rise to fresh records, US-Iranian negotiations are going nowhere quickly, and Trump has declared the ceasefire all but dead.

Trump called the Iranian counterproposal a “piece of garbage.”

Trump: It's unbelievably weak, I would say. I would call it the weakest right now after reading a piece of garbage they sent us I didn't even finish reading it they said I'm not going to waste my time reading it pic.twitter.com/SY9vaxM0Re

Which means there’s no end in sight (yet) for the Iran war and the effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz (SoH).

However, the CEO’s of major oil companies are urgently warning the world that oil stockpiles are becoming “critically low” (Amin Nasser, Saudi Aramco) and that “the US cannot supply the world” (Mike Wirth, Chevron).

So, Trump is caught in a huge bind, which means the world is caught in a huge bind. He cannot attack without risking a more complete catastrophe, and he cannot back down without further damaging an already tattered US (and personal) reputation.

But the oil clock is relentlessly ticking down.

With just a few more weeks’ time of the SoH remaining closed, the world will hit the “Operational Stress Level” for oil inventories:

By September, it’s a true crisis that will see oil prices rise to a level that destroys sufficient oil demand. Let us all hope we don’t get there because that’s a global economic depression.

The ticking clock, plus Trump’s famously short patience for things that aren’t going well, means that he may opt to renew military strikes against Iran.

Trump is considering resuming military action in Iran according to US officials to hit the remaining energy targets to force Iran to the negotiation table, a second option of resuming operational freedom operation in the Strait of Hormuz is also being considered.

Iran has clearly indicated that it will strike a wide range of Gulf targets if it is attacked again, and it’s probably best to take them at their word. Unfortunately, their target list includes the few remaining pipelines bringing ~ 1/2 of the Gulf’s remaining oil riches to the world.

If Trump renews attacks and Iran responds as they’ve said they will, I will be issuing my strongest ALERT to my subscribers.

As Ret Lt Col Larry Wilkerson says in an interview today that we are possibly heading towards a global recession by June and a global depression by October. He also says that Iran has checkmated the US, it will control the SOH and the Empire has been exposed to both its Allies and enemies. He also mentioned that Israel also sees the writing on the wall and is now looking to the East for its next Sugar Daddy.

The CEO of Heinz says consumers are tapped out as they watch end of month sales declines. The CEO of McDonald’s has also indicated that breakfast sales are down partly because customers are skipping breakfast because they don’t have the discretionary funds.

Prepare accordingly and now is the time to stock up on food because we could be looking at food shortages later this fall.

I’m so glad I kept the Dual Fuel station wagon. Filling up for less than a Dollar a litre, with LPG, is a mind bender. I’ve become so used to more dollars than litres that I see the opposite happen with LPG and I’m in disbelief.

I am not waiting around for that… the writing is on the wall - at least for this early adapter.

Yep, I used to fill my 1975 Kingswood for pocket change back when it was 7cpl. Im keeping my eyes open for something similar now. There was also the added benefit of better cold starting (no petrol/carb issues) although at times the converter would freeze in really cold weather.

Switcheroo in dollar thinking…

As Lt Col Daniel Davis says in his latest video, Iran holds “all the cards”. They are in the drivers seat and are gaining confidence, regardless of all of Trump’s bluster.

I just bought a huge stock pot. Over the weekend I used it to make a gallon of marinara sauce with meat. I froze it. I’ll be fine as long as the electricity doesn’t go out.

My son just arrived in California for his 30th bday and said all the former Spirit flyers were on his flight exhibiting bad behavior

He used to like to take Spirit “first class” and get wine and brownies. I have to say they had some brilliant ideas.

He talks about moving back to California, hopefully the gas prices will scare him. He was there for college and then stayed for a while.

Y’all may want to add motor oil to your list of preps. This tweet confirms low stock of motor oil on Walmart’s website. I ordered a few 5QT Mobil 1 full synthetic for my two vehicles from Amazon.

“Just got word Mobil and Shell have informed Costco and Walmart they have no packaged product to send them and to expect bare shelves in the motor oil section in a few weeks”

Working on it! I’ve been extending my oil changes supported by oil analysis. On my car, 10-12k seems to be the sweet spot. Currently working in SxS, at 60 hours, going to 70 hours for the next change. Truck, which is used for general and towing, not being tested, but currently under service agreement. Have three more oil changes left on the service agreement. The service agreement really has paid off, as the costs have soared.

Does motor oil have a shelf life?

I do this twice a year. Recently finished my October stash and am now enjoying my April stash. It’s so tasty; ground lamb, both sweet and hot Italian sausage with boatloads of veggies, garlic, etc. Puréed then frozen in individual packets. If neccesary, a meal unto itself.

Can I come over?

Yes, about 4-5 years if left unopened and stored properly.

Filters too. And an oil pan if you don’t already have one.

Full synthetic is about 7-8 years if unopened and Mobil 1 sells extended performance which protects up to 20K miles. I have also preferred OEM oil filters, they tend to clean the oil better than Fram and other filters. My Honda Element has an OEM filter and the full synthetic oil (changed at the dealer) is about 4200 miles after the last oil change. The oil looks pretty good. I’ll probably replace it at 10K miles.

Filters, yes but I have yet to replace an oil pan.

What bind is Trump caught in? Half the Deep State is working with his Ballroom/Arc de Trump Coalition to swap the US dollar with Tether tokens; to maintain Israel as a buffer state in West Asia; to dominate global shipping and finance.

So far, his team’s strategy is going as they planned it - global energy systems collapse; sweeping away the Federal Reserve’s fiat US dollar, and replacing it with a debt-free (not borrowed into existence like the dollar!) fiat token system.

OK, I am being dishonest - Trump is in a bind. The entire government of the United States is in a bind. The bipartisan vote for 45 days of FISA warrantless spying on citizens is a clue. When gas in California hits $10, I work with 9,999 employees in a gigantic utility who are going to flip their shit about it.

The “bind” is that people like me, retards, failures, etc. will have no place to put our angst and anger about the top priority of the government being speech laws to prevent criticism of Israel (for example), while we are ruined; laid waste; economically wiped out.

Both “political parties”, with some clinging to the old petro-USD system and the off-shore wealth pools that adore that system, agree on the path we are taking. The big money and the arc of U.S. corporate, intelligence, technology, and finance group think is that collapsing world energy supplies is going to be a strategic win for the US dollar swap for token and the digital gulag.

Ooh, oh! There isn’t enough oil and gas! Oh no!

Not a bug, a feature. We blew up NordStream. We stopped the pipeline in Myanmar. We have wrecked Hormuz traffic. On and on. The Trump Ballroom Coalition are degrading world energy production. On purpose. As planned.
