I got a similiar response from “him” re: Russia bomb shelters for millions/USA none for all.
The 2014 date was specific most likely due to Hunter’s FARA violations [tied in with Brandon] with China and Ukraine. The Fauci 2014 date was probably chosen simply to match that and help draw any relevance of that date away from Hunter. Also, to provide a different, specific date for Fauci probably WOULD provide a clue to where his first illegal act occurred.

I don’t see admission of guilt as being a reasonable requirement for a pardon. Innocent people get convicted. We can debate how often, but it happens. Their opportunity for relief should not be limited to courts.
We have a situation where the pardon power is being abused. One proper response (not to imply that it should be applied by itself) would be to impeach Joe Biden for it, then try him for treason. After conviction he would be subject to any punishment Congress chose to apply. Unfortunately the current Congress is unlikely to do this, so Joe is likely to skate on this.
However, if his family is appropriately deposed about their business dealings his, and their, reputations would be destroyed. Should they chose to lie about their corruption they should be prosecuted aggressively for perjury.
Another avenue for punishment of the Biden crime family just occurred to me. I’d appreciate feedback from the lawyers among the group:
The Biden family was pardoned for crimes committed over the last 10 years. My limited understanding of the law suggests that this does not absolve them of their legal responsibility to pay their taxes. It prevents them from being prosecuted for not paying them before now, but it doesn’t seem like it erases the tax obligation. Since their corruption was massive there should be many millions in unpaid taxes. An audit, perhaps after deposing them about their grift, would then reveal how much tax they owe. They could be billed for it with the expectation that they pay the bill under the terms normally applied to delinquent taxes. If they do not, their property and accounts could be confiscated. This would all be a civil matter, not criminal.
Is this line of thinking legal sound?

I would require it ONLY for PRE-EMPTIVE pardons (BEFORE conviction).
If you want to accept a PRE-EMPTIVE pardon, you need to admit to WHAT you want to receive the pardon for. The pardon only covers what you admit.
No general purpose, vague, all-encompassing preemptive pardons allowed.

This is an excellent commentary, which I tend to agree with. I have posited before that something will happen to Trump (insinuating he will still be taken out somehow), and JD Vance, who I view as one of the technocrats, will slide into the President’s seat, and take that same pen in hand. Wouldn’t all the tech bros love that!
